Nice house in a good location to see the archipelago and day trip to Turku. Everything was clean. Good mattresses. Easy communication.

We enjoyed our time at the cabin very much. Recommended.

Our stay at Emmy's cottage was perfect. A wonderful place in a truly beautiful part of the world. The cottage had everything that you would want of a Finnish mökki holiday, and was the perfect base to explore Savonlinna and the whole Saimaa region. It made for a memorable experience. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Finland! The location was breathtaking, surrounded by stunning nature and serene lakes. The villa itself was immaculate, with modern amenities and charming decor that made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the hot tub, offering a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the area. We also enjoyed using the rowboat to paddle around the lake, taking in the beautiful scenery. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great tips about local attractions and activities. Whether it was relaxing in the sauna or enjoying the view from the terrace, every moment was a delight. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Finland in comfort and style. I can’t wait to return!

Kaksi eläkeläistä testasi sähköpyöriä. Lähdimme Tampereelta ja Anjan paikka Kurussa oli juuri se mitä halusimme. Puusaunan löylyt, gourmet illallinen, rauhallinen häiriötön yö, ilta terassilla järveä katsellen ja maittava aamiainen.

Das Haus von Sanna ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Bettwäsche in hoher Qualität. Das Bad mit der integrierten Sauna ist so schön, dass wir unbedingt noch wissen müssen welches Holz das ist, weil wir das in Zypern genauso bauen möchten. So viel Liebe zum Detail im gesamten Haus. Das neue WLAN funktioniert hervorragend und die Fenster oben haben Verdunkelungsrollos, sodass wir super geschlafen haben. Lasst Euch dieses Schmuckstück nicht entgehen 🥰

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Todella ihana ja viihtyisä majoitus mukavuuksineen! Vaikka majoitus on niin sanotusti keskellä asutusta, oli mökin sijoittelut luotu niin, että sai olla omassa rauhassaan ja yksityisesti. Isot suositukset tälle kohteelle 🩷

Had an overall lovely stay with my partner in a spectacular location right by the lake. Astonishing views for both breakfast and dinner were served right through the windows of the cottage. The price is of course in accordance with these features, maybe even a little too much. It might have been the particular weather but it was quite challenging to get the sauna ventilation exactly to where it doesn't let the smoke in the room.

Viihdyimme hyvin 2-vuotiaan ja koiran kanssa. Ympäristö oli rauhallinen, isoista ikkunoista katsellessa tuntui tosiaan, että luonto tulee sisälle asti. Vietimme 3 yötä, pidempäänkin oltaisiin viihdytty. Katettu uima-allas pelastus, kun toukokuun sää ei ollut vielä riittävän kesäinen. Pihapiiri ja sisätilat viihtyisät sekä toimivat. Awesome place and great host. We had some problems with the electricity, but Teemu handled it quite fast - during the Christmas days.

Erinomainen paikka rauhoittumiseen ja maadoittumiseen luonnon helmassa. Loistava sauna ja mukava nuotiopaikka. Lotan kanssa oli helppo asioida ja ohjeet olivat selkeät joka asiaan. Meillä oli retkikeitin mukana ja suosittelen sitä muillekin, niin tuvassa ei tarvitse välttämättä käyttää esim puuhellaa kahvin keittoon tai muuhun pieneen lämmittämiseen. Yhdestäkään hyönteisestä ei ollut meille haittaa vaikka ei käytetty karkotteita - hyttyskausi on selvästi jo takanapäin. Toivottavasti saadaan tilaisuus tulla uudelleen!

Ihanan rauhallisella paikalla! Puusaunassa tuli hyvät löylyt. Mökistä löytyi kaikki tarvittava! Erittäin joustava sisäänkirjautuminen. Viesteihin vastaaminen nopeaa ja info-viesti oli todella kattava.

Kohde oli rauhallinen ja vastasi tarpeisiimme. Ulkoporeamme ja uima-allas plussaa. Bo tarjosi ystävällistä ja avualiasta palvelua.

Que dire de plus à part «  Whouaaaou » !! Le chalet de Niko est une pépite nichée sur une île sur laquelle la quiétude est maître. Le paysage est sublime! Nous avons eu la chance d’assister à de merveilleux couchers de soleil et de nous promener sur une petite partie de l’île. Aucuns problèmes d’intimité, nous étions tous seuls. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin en terme d’équipements. Une embarcation et des paddles sont mis à disposition. Le sauna face au lac est top ! Communication très facile avec Niko et son papa qui nous ont accueilli chaleureusement bien que nous soyons arrivés tard. Prévoyez de faire vos courses alimentaires avant. Une belle adresse que nous recommandons vivement ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour un prochain voyage en Finlande.

Merci pour cette parenthèse finlandaise au TOP logement spacieux et très agréable les baies vitrées offrent une vue en continue, jour et nuit sur la nature ; la forêt nous réserve des surprises comme les rennes le matin au réveil qui viennent à la fenêtre je recommande +++

This beautiful lodge is 10 stars never mind 5. What a gem!! Perched on the side of a gorgeous lake with views to die for the lodge has floor to ceiling windows so whatever you’re doing it’s always there. The sauna also has floor to ceiling windows which makes it an ideal place to relax whilst loving the scenery. It’s so peaceful here…we don’t want to leave. Very clean with all you need in the kitchen, shower room (double showers), outside decking space & seating on the waters edge ❤️. Would love to come back & experience the winter here

The place is just wonderful. It is located beautifully by the river, cozy and has a great sauna. Piia is a very nicesnd friendly host. Everyhting went easily with her since the booking, staying and checking out. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come again.

I loved so much this beautiful little hideaway. I felt instantly at peace when I arrived to the cottage and saw the ocean. The inside of the cottage was super cute, cozy and functional. The couch and bed were both perfect to rest on and the sauna gave out most soft and humide löyly (when you cast water to the hot stove). I also took several swims in the ocean. The water was still icy cold but I felt like a newborn when I came out of the water and took a deep breath in. I hope to be back soon. Thank you so much! It was a needed pause.

Einfach traumhaft. Das Haus, der See, die Sauna, einfach alles. Man bekommt das, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist und zusätzlich super nette Gastgeber. Wir hatten zusätzlich noch super viel Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten daher auch die Terrasse rund um das Haus viel nutzen.

Ihana, satumainen paikka. Mökissä oli kaikki tarvittava, siistiä ja kaikki oli hyvin ohjeistettu. Tykkäsimme tosi paljon tästä paikasta! Polkupyörät olivat plussaa, tehtiin niillä pieni lenkki.

Le chalet de Mikko & Pekka est un endroit extrêmement paisible et agréable à vivre. La vue sur la rivière & la forêt environnante offrent un cadre de vie paradisiaque tout en étant à proximité de toutes les commodités. Nous avons adoré le sauna et la véranda. J’espère que nous aurons l’occasion de revenir en hiver !
