The main cottage has 50m2 of space, the guest cottage 10m2 and the sauna 10m2. The south-west plot has 260 m of coastline. The long, shallow sandy beach is also well suited for the smaller members of the family. The direction of the plot guarantees magnificent sunrises and sunsets that you can enjoy on the large 60 m2 outdoor terrace. There is also a rowboat. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the sea, yet close to all services.

Kaislan Tila

Kaislan Tila is located in the countryside, 22km north of Mikkeli. We live in the main building of the farm and there is a 65m2 separate apartment in the yard. The farm has animals and is surrounded by thousands of lakes in Eastern Finland and forest areas rich in natural resources. The nearby lake offers recreational opportunities, fishing, swimming, boating, etc. In the woods, you can ski, pick berries, pick mushrooms and just enjoy the peace and quiet. In winter, you can go snowshoeing, skiing and skating, weather permitting.

Sauna cabin on the lake shore in Lempäälä

The sauna cabin is located on the shore of Lake Iso-Kyynäröjärvi in Lempäälä, 15 minutes from Tampere. The cabin has a small kitchen, running water, electric heating, an indoor toilet and a wood-fired sauna. Heat the sauna and take a dip in the swimming pool, hot tub for an extra fee (the tenant heats the hot tub). Rowboat, barbecue and campfire available. The cottage is located in the courtyard of a detached house. 2 beds with a sofa bed, 2 lofts (the loft is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or small children).

Extra mattresses are also available for children. Space to move and play in the yard. In the common areas, there is the possibility of using the kitchen and washing machine.

Enjoy your stay in Rovaniemi in this top floor studio apartment with a balcony. Apartment is located on a quiet street and all services are within few minute walking distance (shopping malls, Korundi, Arktikum, bus stop to Santas Village, restaurants). Studio has a balcony with a view to Ounasvaara and city centre. If you are lucky, you might be able to see Northern Lights from the balcony! Studio can accommodate up to four persons. Studio also includes free parking space with electricity.

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Bathing/hot tub available.

Authentic neighborhood near bustling city center

The apartment has been renovated in spring 2019 with a completely new kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen should meet the demands of a good home cook. Basic amenities are always available, we will try to meet extra requests. Netflix is for free. The apartment is best suited for two adults but there is a couch in the living room that is spacious and comfortable enough for sleeping as well. House-trained pets are welcome. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.
