Das Haus steht auf einem Hanggrundstück. eine Treppe zwischen Haus und Garage führt in den Garten bzw zur Eingangstür der Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse gehört zur Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr etc ausgestattet, eine Grundausstattung von Gewürzen, Öl, Kaffee und Tee ist vorhanden. Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt, rauchen auf der Terrasse ist kein Problem, danke!

From here you can start hiking with your backpack right away - the Josefstal waterfalls are just a 10-minute walk away. We would like to rent the apartment only to families with max. 2 children or 2 adults.

The sofa in the living area can be converted into a bed (1.50 m wide). On the balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun.
