Welcome to the southern city in Germany! The apartment with a combined living and sleeping room offers space for solo travelers, couples or a small Family. The Allgäu High Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, swimming lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and dining options, a train station, a bus stop and bike rental are within walking distance of the apartment. The underground parking space can only be used by very small Cars drive on (duplex parking space; see 'Guest access').

The apartment is located at a great starting point to explore the Allgäu. All ski & hiking areas can be reached quickly and easily. The balcony is unique and offers unobstructed views of the mountains and valleys. Good road connections in a quiet location above half of Sonthofen with direct city bus connection at the doorstep. Coffee bar (Nespresso & Senseo), tea and 1 each of water, Prosecco & beer) for free in our fully equipped kitchen. IMPORTANT IN WINTER - WINTER TIRES!

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2 km to the town center) with a stream right outside the door! Bus connection right at the end of the street. Bus connection to the Ofterschwang ski resort at 7:55 am.

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.
