Die Wohnung ist ein großzügiges 1-Zimmer-Loft (41 m²) mit unverbautem Panoramablick. Ende August wird sie renoviert und zu einer modernen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung umgestaltet. Quietly located on the outskirts of Sonthofen is the studio house wirbelArt with a charming apartment. In the spacious apartment with a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, small kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, up to four people can relax. Many hiking destinations are very close. Shopping is also within walking distance in 10 minutes. There is a special offer for families. While the parents are out and about, the children can get creative in the studio.

Old wooden elements and the view from the balcony give it a special charm. You can park comfortably outside the front door in the carport reserved for our guests.

Dein eigenes kleines Bergquartier ganz oben im Haus: verglaster Südbalkon, Bergblick, und die Nebelhornbahn fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Im obersten Stock, für eine Person. Ein Schrankbett mit 90 cm verschwindet tagsüber in der Wand und macht den Raum frei. Eigenes Bad mit WC. Die Küche hat Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr, keinen Herd oder Backofen. Ein Streaming-TV, das WLAN ist home-office-tauglich. Ein Stellplatz vor dem Haus gehört dazu.

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.
