The city of Kempten is 5 minutes away by car, and a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 2nd floor and is very bright and spacious. From the terrace, you can look out over a habitat for flora and fauna. Within a few kilometers, you will find hiking trails, lakes, and ski resorts.
