®HOAM House

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft-style design, it's a great place to unwind and relax. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it’s a getaway for relaxation or a city break, you’ll find everything your heart desires here. The living space offers 2+2 beds (including Comfortable sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

⬇️ Please note important information A private oasis of tranquility with a swimming pond and 4,200 m² of natural property, ideal for relaxing and switching off. Listen to the stream and spend the evening by the campfire in the open air. Whether swimming, grilling or sliding from the tree house into the pond with the zip line, tranquility and adventure in the midst of nature combine here. Perfect for nature lovers, couples and small families who want to take a break and experience special moments.

Quaint mountain hut (self-catering)

Built around 1900, the mountain hut is located at 1150 m above sea level, far from public roads. 1 neighboring hut. The hut is especially suitable for motorsport fans (or for family members who do not want to go down :-)), it is only 3 km (6.4 km road) as the crow flies to the Red Bull Ring - engine noises audible. The hut has its own spring, electricity through PV system. Directions: steep, unpaved forest road. Off-road vehicles - at your own risk! Bring your own bedding / towels.
