Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Great undisturbed garden with path down to the swimming area and Svaberg. 10 minutes walk to Bertes (beach). The house is located about 12 km from Kristiansand Zoo. There is no TV or internet in the house.

Du har 3 soverom, to av dem har dobbeltseng. Det tar 17 minutter å kjøre til Dyreparken, 5 minutter til sentrum. Vi er så heldige å ha flotte turløyper og fine badevann i umiddelbar nærhet. Huset er hyggelig sier folk som har vært på besøk, du er velkommen til å bestille.

Huset ligger helt i enden av bilvei, så det er ikke trafikk på området. 70 meter til strand og brygge med båt som er inkludert i leien. Ny båt Pioner 14 med 9.9 Yamaha med el. start og kartplotter. Langgrunn strand som passer fint for de små. Stor gressplen med trampoline ved stranden. Sup-brett og kajakker kan man låne. Med båt er man i Norges fineste skjærgård med mange små holmer og øyer. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere.
