Nærhet til butikk (2km), Kristiansand Sentrum med bl.a restaurant og badeland (15 min med bil) og Sørlandsparken (25min med bil) Hytta er ca 50 kvm, fordelt på hovedetasje og loft. Like koselig på sommer, som vinter, da det er varmekabler i gulv, og vedfyring.
