Scenic country house with large pool near Florence

ChristopherRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Absolute Perfection in Fiesole!** Michael’s villa in Fiesole is nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside and Florence in the distance. The location is ideal—peaceful, romantic, and just a short drive from the heart of Florence, making it the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. The villa itself is stunning—spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with every amenity you could need. The outdoor terrace was our favorite spot, where we enjoyed morning coffee with panoramic views and evening wine under the stars. The lush gardens and private pool added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Michael was an exceptional host—attentive, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations. His hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for a dreamy Tuscan escape with world-class scenery, impeccable style, and top-notch service, this is the place. We can’t wait to

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property just outside Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet only a short drive to the center. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and full of character, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. Antonio was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect base for exploring Florence and the surrounding area. Highly recommended—we would absolutely stay here again!

Luxury Villa on Chianti Wine Estate

StevenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

Impressive apartment near Vecchio. Piazza Pitti I

ErinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our family was coming together for a wedding, and we really all needed a bathroom space, and an elevator. Everyone was over joyed with this apartment. It offered space and flexibility. Was spotless with updated bathrooms. The views from three of the bedrooms of Palazzo Pitti were stunning. It’s a quiet area at night which we enjoyed. We all lived in Florence for long periods of time, and we couldn’t be happier with the locations. A relaxed 5 minute walk and you’re on the Ponte Vecchio. Many top notch restaurants and cafes surround the area. We will totally book the next time in Firenze. One tip, the upstairs room w/ bath is for your shorter guests or teens. The narrow stairs and low ceiling is fun, but better for the younger/shorter guests.

Unique 5 Bedroom Apartment with Private Garden

ChristinaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Eugenio’s home was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the house felt warm, welcoming, and truly like a home. The gardens were breathtaking—beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing outdoors. We were a group of 10, and the space was more than accommodating. At no point did we feel cramped. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals together, and having access to both a washer and dryer was a huge convenience for a longer stay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the sweltering 80–90 degree days. Eugenio’s hospitality stood out—he checked in with us every morning to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the stay feel even more personal. The house is tucked away in a peaceful, quiet location. It typically took about 15 minutes to reach the city center, which was a fair trade-off for the tranquility we enjoyed. We wouldn’t hesitate to return—this place was a perfect retreat!

Charming House in Florence

SharonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had an AMAZING stay. The apartment was spacious and quiet. Two families had plenty of room. The neighborhood is lovely, a quick walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. A short walk to the historic downtown kept us out of the large crowds of tourists. Daniele was very responsive. Thank you!

La Terrazza big apartment near Davide Michelangelo

BernardetteRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We thought Max and Laura's Veranda Apt. was exceptional for our family of six adults and two young children. The basket with juice and munchies was a lovely welcome surprise. Communication with Max and Simon was easy and very friendly. Max checked in with us regularly to see how we were doing. The bedrooms were large and all but one had ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen and family room down the hall made it easy to keep the noise of family activity from waking the late sleepers in our group. Great to have separate AC units in each room. The appliances and kitchen/laundry-room equipment were new and complete (written instructions for use of the oven, microwave and washer/dryer would have been helpful). Our favorite space, by far, was the wonderful veranda where we could enjoy our morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Being right on the T2 tram line brought us directly to the train/airport and the Duomo was a quick 15 minute walk away. We highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful apartment Bellavista

SharonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The room is clean, but the bathroom drainage is not very good and the water volume is very small, barely usable; the location is very good, close to Baihua Church, and you can walk to eat and shop.

Cozy, spacious, bright: Florence at 360 °

BonnieRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The central location made it incredibly easy to reach many key landmarks in Florence by foot, allowing us to explore the city seamlessly. The space itself was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our large group. Our host was also responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: as noted in the description, there are quite a few steps, which might be a consideration for grandparents or younger children. Additionally, the two rooms facing the street experienced some street noise at night, so those sensitive to sound may want to take that into account. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience Florence!

Laura was an amazing host and made sure we knew all the details of the house and was very responsive if we had a question. The house itself is gorgeous and so are the surroundings. Highly recommend staying here as a home base in the Tuscany area! We visited many surrounding cities as well as a winery 40 minutes south. We would also recommend the restaurant Nuevo Ranch right done the street! Wonderful!

Charming Cottage among vineyards with private pool

RichardRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We visited Casavecchia for a family celebration and spent the week there in May. We tried a bottle of Nozzole Chianti Classico in 2011 and have always wanted to visit. It exceeded our expectations. The house itself was immaculately clean, with everything we needed. The swimming pool was a great size and a wonderful temperature (not too cold!) and the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. Giulia, our host, was always responsive on her phone - she went out of her way to find recommendations to cater for one of our party who has a food allergy. She also coordinated visits across the estate, and put us in touch with external providers. She helped us organise wine tastings, pasta making classes, dinners, and have a chef to come to the house. Overall, it was a week to remember - made all the more special with Giulia's help. We hope to return to make more memories at Tenuta di Nozzole. Grazie mille, Giulia and Giovanni!

Where to begin?!! It was like we were on a movie set! The most amazing place I have ever stayed and with the most amazing family! We were so welcomed by everyone we spoke to! From the wine and cheese tasting, to the farm to table restaurant to the gift shop to the home we stayed at…it was perfect! Hearing the sheep each morning. I cannot say enough other than we will be back!❤️

Tuscan Villa

PatriciaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great accommodation, beautiful, peaceful surroundings and very warm hosts! We lacked nothing. We were here with 7 people for our training camp and had a fantastic time in the villa. It is really even more beautiful than we would have expected from the pictures. Surrounded by olive trees and only a handful of other houses, you can perfectly unwind - whether by the pool, in the garden or in the house itself. Zara and Mark are very accommodating and helpful. We immediately received an answer to every question and also a lot of helpful tips to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Zara showed us the surroundings on a short morning hike. We would never have found these places without them. We will be back for sure.

Villa Poggiostelle, wonderful countryside property

ClareRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Villa Poggiostelle was an incredible house in the hills above Florence. It was a peaceful escape that is very private with incredible views. The house is so well set up - our children loved the badminton, soccer ball and table tennis set up as well as the incredible gym. The pool was gorgeous with wonderful views over the hills and valleys near Calenzano. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated each with their own bathrooms with modern fixtures. The villa itself is about 25 minutes to a train station where we caught a train into Florence, 15 minutes to a nearby supermarket. It was easily accessible to all the highways and autostrade to explore Tuscany. A car is essential staying here though as it is a very hilly area in a secluded spot. Tatiana was a wonderful host who made our stay comfortable. She was always available to answer questions and even delivered a delicious surprise package of pastries one morning.

Il Fienile, amazing villa in the heart of Tuscany.

JeremyRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
The villa was great and very much at least as as described except that the pool is 50m from the main garden (not really a problem). Directions were good except finding the specific house - maybe we should have checked in at the more obvious Agriturismo reception/restaurant first. The house was squeaky clean and fresh throughout and the kitchen brilliantly equipped. Lovely well kept garden, bbq & woodpile etc. Amazing views and some nice quiet walks locally. No problems with internet nor any of the comprehensive facilities. Mario and team were always very helpful and responsive and Frederico and all the restaurant staff provided us with some excellent meals (and were wonderful with our 3 under 4 year olds!) There is only one single track road into the area and one day roadworks affected access to and from the house - but the local team were able to solve this problem for the rest of our stay.

THE RED BARN - private garden and swimming pool

EricRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Some places don’t feel like destinations — they feel like memory. Even if you’ve never been there before. The Red Barn in Impurneta is that kind of place. It’s hard to explain without slipping into clichés, but the truth is… it felt like coming home to somewhere I didn’t know I’d left. A patch of land so beautiful, so utterly peaceful, that it silences the noise in your head you didn’t realize was there. The views stretch forever, soft and golden, like the world finally exhaled. The air is kind. The silence is full. You don’t just stay here — you heal here. Every inch of the property felt intentional. Familiar. Like a childhood memory you thought you’d imagined, but turns out was real all along. I can’t explain it. And maybe I shouldn’t try too hard. Some places just are. And this place — it’s special. We left slower than we arrived. Not because of the luggage or logistics, but because a part of us wanted to stay. Maybe always will. And if we’re lucky, life brings us back here aga
