Casetta Melograno – Cozy farmhouse in Chianti

This house is part of an old building recently refurbished and in the past was a convent which used to be a part of the castle estate located in front of us. The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes. it's recomended to have a car to reach the accomodation and to move.

L’appartamento, situato al piano terra, è composto da una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia, cucina attrezzata e zona giorno con divano letto. All’esterno, un patio privato offre uno spazio riservato con vasca Jacuzzi, riscaldata e utilizzabile tutto l’anno adatto anche a soggiorni fuori stagione. VILLA LE PERGOLE - Florence

The Villa le Pergole Suite consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a double bed in the loft. Between the two bedrooms there is a living room for guests. In a corner of the suite, in the second bedroom, there is a microwave oven and an induction hob, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is free parking and a swimming pool from May to November. Additional cleaning on request with change of sheets and towels is subject to a fee for a total of €40.
