An amazing villa with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. A great location to explore everything Tuscany has to offer. And the large swimming pool is an amazing place to spend some time to relax with complete privacy. On top of that, Carlo is extremely friendly and always quick to answer any questions or give advice. Also it is really nice to see him take care of all the animals at the property. Would highly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again sometime.

This small eco sustainable farm is a great place to get away from it all. With views across yellow fields towards the distant hills, the accommodation is spacious and well appointed. We were made to feel very welcome by Barbara and her family, including the exuberant dog!! Highly recommended.

We were hosted very well by Silvana. The listing is in a quiet and peaceful location. Great location for visiting Tuscany (Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, Siena...). The pool is a real asset in this heat, we were able to enjoy it every day.

Laura was very enthusiastic. On the first day of my stay, when I found the wrong house, she went to pick us up. Very beautiful, quiet house, lovely swimming pool, and terrace with a view of the whole of Florence. The environment around the house is very good. I even saw fireflies!I recommend everyone to come to Laura's house!

Stefania is the Host everyone wants! Always available for anything and very courteous. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and extra CLEAN. In addition, the location of the accommodation is really great; in a 10-minute walk you are in Piazza della Signoria.

one of the best accommodation experiences of all my travels (35 countries). an amazing place in the middle of Tuscany, and not far from the train station. Florence can be reached in 30 minutes by train. It’s more convenient to have a car of course, but even without a car it’s very nice to walk around the neighborhood and get to the train station on foot (1 hour walk from the house). I had health problems during my stay (my knee hurt badly), Barbara and her husband very friendly and kindly offered me their help and gave me a lift several times. Throughout my stay I felt like home, hosts regularly asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything extra. I really want to come back in the summer and live in this beautiful place longer! I can't express how grateful I am for the warm welcome

I very much enjoyed staying at Cristina's place. It's a little out of the tourist path but still very close to major attractions and I walked everywhere. The apartment was just as described, no surprises. The mattress is super comfortable which made a huge difference after long days of walking. Checking the map and reading other reviews I knew that there is was a restaurant and a bar downstairs, so I brought earplugs. The noise was not excessive, just a din of conversation and laughter, nothing too rowdy, but the earplugs definitely helped! Overall, I'm happy with my stay and would definitely stay again at Cristina's!

We had a great time. The host was super attentive to our needs. Cozy house in a beautiful location for both Florence and Chianti.

We received a very good welcome. The host is perfectly polyglot. The setting is sumptuous amid vineyards and olive trees. We also greatly enjoyed the pool in the hot weather. The villa is nicely decorated with tastes.

Susanna and her husband are wonderful hosts, offering plenty of helpful advice and recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The accommodation is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with essential amenities, including a kettle, mini fridge, espresso machine, hairdryer, and towels. The room is a great size for a couple who don’t travel light. The only thing I missed was hand soap in the bathroom. Guests have access to two outdoor spaces - one with a small table and chairs, and the other a terrace boasting spectacular views over the city of Florence. Fiesole sits on the outskirts of Florence (great if you have a car) with a bus stop less than a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, providing a direct route to Florence’s central train station. Alternatively, you can drive and park in a convenient car park near the city center, recommended by Susanna (cost of approximately 2–3 euros per hour). We will be back sometime in the future to explore more of Florence :)

We had a great stay. We arrived late and luckily after a long journey we were able to cross the street and have a delicious meal there. I would definitely recommend the accommodation, but keep in mind that on Monday the restaurant across the street is having a party, and that you may experience some noise pollution. For those who are not deep sleepers this can be a problem. Fortunately, we were not bothered by it much. The accommodation is well located, we went to Pisa the first day and Vinci the second day. The room looks like the pictures. We felt very comfortable. The check-in went smoothly and the landlady responded quickly. Everything was clean and furnished with attention to detail. There was nothing missing. The area is quiet and beautiful. Although we were relatively late, we were able to eat something in the restaurant opposite. This is also highly recommended. We will be happy to come back :)
