It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of St. Cross, in the heart of the historic center. Renovated by the owner, who wanted to preserve and to enhance the distinctive features and characteristics of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone columns and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa bed, sleeping area, separated by curtains, French double bed, a characteristic private courtyard, bathroom with shower. The apartment is very quiet because it overlooks the private courtyard, is very bright, warm in winter and cool in summer and equipped with every comfort: heating, air conditioning, free wifi internet access, books, magazines, tourist guides in Italian, English, French, German, maps.
