Loft holiday rentals in Florence

Convenient location within walking distance to the city center. There are also many bus stops in the area if need to take bus to other parts of the city or to Florence train station. Gianni was communicative during our stay and made sure our trip was going well. The unit is very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. There are many café options just around the corner. We did encounter mosquitoes when we come back for the day, despite keeping the windows shut while we were out. Also note the unit can only be reached by climbing 4 floor of stairs. Nonetheless, we had a great time staying at the apartment and highly recommend! Thanks Gianni!

Andrea was super helpful during our stay. He let us leave our bags in the apartment before check-in and also gave us restaurant recommendations upon request. The loft was cozy and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us.

the loft is beautifully done, clean and fresh and you can't find a better location or price in the center of Florence to stay. Between the shops and restaurants and attractions this place is great and everything is so easy to walk to. This will be the first place I'd look for on a return trip to Florence

We enjoyed our stay at Francesco's place which is in an excellent location in Florence. Check in was easy with clear communication from the host. Francesco's parents met us at the Air BnB upon arrival which we loved. They are really nice and made us feel right at home. The Air BnB itself is very well equipped with everything you need for a short or longer term stay. We especially appreciate that the place has a washing machine & that a few washing powder tablets were provided as we'd been travelling for nearly 3 weeks and really needed to do some laundry! Francesco even provided a range of adapters to use while we were there. He has really thought of everything. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in Florence that's within walking distance to the main attractions and some great restaurants and shopping, I highly recommend staying here!

Sara was a fantastic host from start to finish. We had a late flight which was also delayed two hours. I messaged Sara to let her know our updated arrival time and she still happily met us at 11pm to get us settled in. We also struggled to use the taxi apps, so Sara booked us a taxi back to the train station on our last day. The trip was with my dad, so I was on the sofa bed and he in the double up top. I was a little bit worried but have no complaints and slept well. Sara gave us some excellent recommendations for local food and wine. We had the best pizza we’ve ever tasted from Pizzeria La Luna! The only thing to note is that you need to copy the address from Air BNB and paste into Google maps. If you click on the map in the Air BnB app, it takes you three minutes walk away from the loft for some reason. Also if you’re visiting Florence, you MUST book a Tuscany wine tour. We used Fun In Tuscany because it’s a smaller group. It’s worth every single penny! Thank you so much Sara x

Francesca was a terrific host! She was friendly, responsive, helpful with things to do and see in the area.The backyard was a beautiful oasis to have your morning coffee or your afternoon glass of Vino. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit from the turtles and the cats.

Widad is super responsive and very kind. I accidentally left the keys in the apartment upon departure and she was very understanding and sweet. I would stay here again even though she was dealing with issues from previous tenants, Widad was very caring.

Awesome location. Fantastic flexible and responsive host. So cozy and homely with a tonne of authentic character. Michele’s extensive list of recommendations and info to help settle you in & feel local was very useful. Lots of stairs so be prepared to haul your luggage, but well worth the effort.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location (right across from the Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza Della Signoria) is unparalleled: close to everything to see and do in Florence. The views from the windows are amazing. Everything also felt safe, as there are multiple secure doors to pass through before getting to the Airbnb. Luisa was very kind and informative upon check-in! Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this apartment in Florence and had a wonderful experience overall! The apartment was in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city's stunning sights and vibrant neighborhoods. It was spotlessly clean and matched the description perfectly, which made settling in effortless and comfortable. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary bottle of wine left for us, adding a warm and welcoming gesture to our stay. I truly appreciated this detail, which enhanced the overall hospitality. The only minor drawback was the street noise, which was quite noticeable during late-night and early morning hours. This aspect slightly affected the quietness of our rest but didn’t overshadow the many positives of the accommodation. Despite this, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Florence, especially for its prime location, cleanliness, and thoughtful hosts. We would absolutely return again!

My husband and I had a great stay at Irene’s apartment. Very quaint. Great location and close to everything. The kitchen was great to cook in with all the amenities. While there is some noise, you have to know you are in the heart of the city. Great restaurants close by and the Duomo right down the street.

Amazing stay - highly recommend! Location was perfect - private, safe, convenient and close to everything. Maurizio went above and beyond hosting and communicating. We were picked up at the train station and walked to the apartment. Maurizio pointed out important landmarks on the walk and the apartment also came with a binder of local recommendations.

Lapis place was very charming, kitchen had everything we needed. Lapos place would be ideal for a longer stay which we wish we could. Location is perfect close to everything walkable to great restaurants and shops. Lapo was very helpful when needed. We would definitely come back and stay at Lapos place.

We had a wonderful stay at Lorenzo’s penthouse apartment in Firenze! The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for me and my partner. Location was very convenient, as well. We were only in town for a few days but would definitely book with Lorenzo again for a longer stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! We have a family of five and it fit us perfectly. It felt like we were enjoying a little bit of history as we laid down to sleep each night. The kitchen was fully equipped with and the washer and dryer was a huge unexpected benefit. We would definitely recommend it and would sat here again!
