Beachfront holiday rental in Floresta

My family and I stayed at Andrea’s house for four nights. This is one of those hidden gems that makes you truly happy when you find it. Located in a beautiful, quiet little fishing village, the house sits right by the stunning, clear sea. The peace, the view, waking up every morning with a cappuccino at the local coffee spot, the lady from the supermarket, the wedding couples getting photographed at the harbor every day, the evening beer at the same coffee place, the fish market where you can get fresh fish daily — it’s all pure joy. I’d love to come back for a week of doing absolutely nothing and just enjoying it all. The house is a lovely and cozy place. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen could use a little extra love (cleaning), but that is easily outweighed by the authentic and pure feeling you get in beautiful Pozzillo. Thank you, Andrea, for your hospitality!

Nous sommes venus passés deux nuits avec mon conjoint chez Katerina et Andrea et l’accueil était top, hôtes très gentils et de bons conseils. Nous nous sommes croisés plusieurs fois et ils ont toujours eu un petit mot gentil et des recommandations. Appartement très bien placé et vue de la terrasse superbe. Nous recommandons !

Miejsce bardzo dogodne, jako baza do zwiedzania. Mieliśmy auto, które można było bez problemu zaparkować. Piękne widoki. 🤩 W mieszkaniu było, wszystko czego można potrzebować plus dużo przestrzeni. Zarówno z salonu oraz sypialni i kuchni można było wyjść na balkon. Z jednej strony był piękny widok na majestatyczną Etnę, a z drugiej na morze. No i taras na dachu 👌🏻🤩 Można było poczuć naprawdę włoski klimat 😉 Gospodarz bardzo responsywny i pomocny. Szczerze polecam miejsce 😉

The drive down toward the water is in a small alley, get a small car. We were able to find a parking spot every day. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need. Easy walk to town for restaurants., there is a pathway along the water and rocks. Our host was responsive and friendly. Access to the water with stairs to the rocks. Quiet surroundings. Would definitely recommend.

Concetta was very engaged since we made the reservation. she helped us plan our visit to Naxos and Taormino. She was very accommodating with our travel timing. Her recommendations for boat rental, local travel, restaurants,... were all spot on we enjoyed all of them. She even stopped by to touch base, help us with our stay, and the travels. Her place is very conveniently located to all the activities,stores and public transport.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Diego was the best host ever! He welcomed us personally and gave us all the instructions we needed to enjoy our stay. He’s also an experienced tour operator and gave us fantastic tips on what to do, where to eat, and more. He even helped us organize an unforgettable excursion to Mount Etna. The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just steps away from the sea. We use Airbnb regularly, and Diego is definitely the best hosts we’ve had!

An dem Apartment gab es nichts auszusetzen, von der Terrasse kann man wie versprochen den Etna sehen, im großen und ganzen war das Apartment gut. Der Strand ist wirklich direkt über die Straße, aber er ist wirklich nichts besonders und es liegt auch dort etwas Müll rum. Wenn man als Profilbild ein blauen Pool abbildet und man dann ein dunkel grünen Pool vorfindet dann ist das schon etwas fragwürdig, aber da wir sowieso keine Pool gänger sind war es uns egal. Die ganze Gegend wirkte schon etwas runter gekommen und Müll war ja dort immer ein Problem.

Wir hatten als Freundesgruppe, von 3 Personen eine schöne Zeit in Melinas Unterkunft. Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir die Adresse problemlos erreichen können. Ohne Auto und bei heißen Temperaturen ist der steile An-/Abstieg sicher etwas herausfordernd. Wir hatten einen sehr frühen Flug und konnten dank Melinas Flexibilität sogar viel früher in die Wohnung. Wichtig zu erwähnen wäre, dass Melina wirklich nur Italienisch spricht und der Check-In etwas schnell ging, wir haben aber grundlegende Infos dank englischen Notizen verstanden. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas abgewohnt aber in Ordnung und wir haben uns gut zurecht gefunden. Bei Fragen war Melina immer schnell erreichbar und schickte uns zu Beginn auch ein paar Adressen für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele. Beim eigenständigen Check-Out ist zu beachten, dass das Eingangstor vorher noch mit dem Schlüssel geöffnet werden muss, wir hatten uns in den frühen Morgenstunden erst einmal auf dem Hof eingesperrt.

A place with a view. Outstanding view over the ocean, rent the apartment for that! The area is wild , with rocks into the ocean. Lovely place to bath, but it takes a little strength to come the ocean and some stairs to walk. Out of the season is there not many other people.

Carlo was a super friendly host. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by him personally with a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a homemade cake! Carlo was very concerned about our well-being and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for the region. The house with the large garden in a very quiet location offers a great view of Mount Etna and at the same time you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. As soon as it got dark, we enjoyed the view of Mount Etna from the fireplace. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Gianni und seine Frau waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar und authentisch eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Das Bad war sauber und das Bett im Schlafzimmer sehr bequem. Der Ort und die Straße waren Ende September wunderbar ruhig und man konnte sehr gut entspannen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Startpunkt um die Ostküste Siziliens zu entdecken. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

We hebben een geweldige week gehad. De accommodatie is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor excursies naar de Etna of de Alcantara kloof. De woning is mooi en super goed uitgerust, echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het zwembad is ondanks dat je een badmuts nodig hebt perfect. Het plaatsje zelf is niet bijzonder. Het is net alsof je een tijdreis maakt 70 jaar terug in de tijd. Er staat veel leeg en is vervallen. We zijn hier enkel naar de Pizzaria (Orso) geweest, die heeft geweldige pizza’s. Gelukkig is in o.a. Taormina genoeg te doen dus het is geen gemis.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt – wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den majestätischen Ätna ist atemberaubend und bleibt unvergesslich. Ein besonderes Highlight war der große, wunderschöne Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen der herrlichen Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig und idyllisch, aber dennoch gut erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Zeit!🫶

This was such a lovely and relaxing place. The outside space with the patios was amazing. There’s plenty of space indoors with a well equipped kitchen and I loved that the bedrooms are downstairs so you don’t have to bring the luggage upstairs. It was an easy drive to visit Taormina and Sergio was nothing but helpful with tips of where to park and places to eat. We would definitely return!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche Familienurlaub über Ostern in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick – einfach spektakulär! Besonders schön war es, den Vulkanausbruch durch das bereitgestellte Fernglas beobachten zu können – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Das Haus selbst ist alt und urig, voller Charme. Es liegt ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Zwei Tore sichern den Zugang, wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer war für uns ein absolutes Highlight, ebenso wie die Außendusche und die gemütlichen Sonnenliegen. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den herzlichen Kontakt zu unserem Gastgeber Giovanni, der uns jederzeit freundlich bei Fragen zur Seite stand. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit köstlichen Törtchen empfangen – sehr liebevoll. Vielen herzlichen Dank für dies wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Alessandro war sehr kommunikativ, beim Check-in, bei Problemen, beim Transfer unserer Tochter zum Flughafen. Die kleine Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen, ist sie doch gefühlt fast direkt am Meer. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Volker und Iris

En dejlig bolig tæt på vandet med smukkeste udsigt. Dejlig seng hvor vi sov fantastisk. Jeg vil fremhæve at vi fik mulighed for at tjekke ind tidligere end normalt. Denne fleksibilitet værdsætter vi meget. Vi kommer gerne igen☀️👌😀

A spacious, modern apartment with excellent design features. I love the high double ceiling! It's conveniently located near the central station and within walking distance of Main Street, making navigation easy. Situated on the top floor, the stairs are wide and manageable even with luggage. The host is helpful and responsive.

Sono andato a Catania, dopo 50 anni, per andare a trovare mia cugina e la sua famiglia, e per fargliela conoscere a mio figlio e alla sua ragazza francese. Un po' di sicilianità, come antidoto al narcisismo imperante, è una cosa assolutamente necessaria. E abbiamo cominciato col check in della signora Iole Amelia, di un calore profondo. L'alloggio è confortevolissimo, spazioso, luminoso. Si percepisce che l'ospitante ha il desiderio che gli ospiti si sentano a casa propria. Una stampa di Mirò ne permette una misura immediata, Il bagno ha una doccia imperiale. Anche la lavatrice condivide questa visione, e non si arrischia di svegliare gli ospiti con cigolii notturni. Gli handicappati non possono che trovarsi bene, se possono fare qualche passetto. Io ho dormito nel divano letto della sala, lasciando la camera da letto ai due amanti, nel rispetto della poesia “I ragazzi che si amano” di Jacques Prévert, con grande soddisfazione per tutti.

Apartamento excelente, con un encanto especial. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto en los 4 días que hemos estado. Es una maravilla levantarte por la mañana y tener esas vistas del mar y del Etna. Es tal y como aparece en las fotografias Está en una urbanizacion privada, con puerta con guarda, por lo que nos ha parecido muy seguro. Tienes supermercados y restaurantes en 10-15min en coche en Brucoli o Augusta. Es un buen sitio desde donde ir a ver Siracusa, Catania, Noto, etc El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para hacer una estancia agradable. La atencion de Andrea ha sido muy cordial desde el principio y nos recibió de maravilla Curioso que hay un bunker de la 2ª guerra mundial en el camino que lleva hacia las rocas, donde, con cuidado, porque hay erizos, te puedes dar un buen baño. Hay tambien una playa de piedras a 3-4 minutos andando La pena ha sido no poder quedarnos mas días!! muy recomendable

Eduardo’s place was located on a quiet street close to bars, restaurants, and the square. Easy to get to public transit. The space was just as described, and clean upon arrival. Eduardo was a great host that made sure if we had any questions they were answered.
