Close to restaurants, ballads, Praia Mole and Joaquina, very cozy and has one of the most beautiful looks in Floripa, and an amazing sunset at Lagoa da Conceição. The house is on the second floor, and it is necessary to climb stairs to access the house. The access to the beach is by a steep ramp, but for ballads and restaurants it is by a beautiful trail. There is no parking in the condominium due to access. They have a secure parking at one of the condominium exits with a value of $30.00 reais per day.
