The neighborhood is residential and quiet, we are right in front of a beautiful square with a sports court. We are located in the heart of the city, 15 minutes from the center and 20 minutes from the nearest beach. Pet friends are welcome (pet fee).

Ground floor studio on the shores of the Lagoon

Ground-floor studio with 25 m², located inside a residence. Access to the studio is through the garage: upon entering, you will find a door that leads to the house's internal hall; just to the left is the studio's private entrance, all on the ground floor. The garage is enclosed, spacious and free. The space has a double bed, private bathroom and compact kitchen equipped with a small electric stove and oven, minibar, basic utensils, as well as TV, split air-conditioning and exclusive Wi-Fi.

Its physical accessibility is subject to the fact that it is situated on a slope with about 300 meters of distance between the main avenue and the entrance gate.
