The Studio has been rebuilt! The project was done thinking about making it new, cute and functional. It is close to the center of Lagoa, very green, swimming pool, playground for children, barbecue (with fee) , game room, mini market, access to Lagoa and kayak and bike loan Ideal for tour/work. Very quiet, strategically well located on the Island with easy access to the beaches. Fast and stable internet. Your pet will be welcome (the condominium charges R$ 50.
