House located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, in Lagoa da Conceição, where you can take a bath of lagoon and waterfall. Where only be reached by ecologic trail or boat. You will love my space because this in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, on the hill overlooking the Lagoa da Conceição and the sea. The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).

Close to restaurants, clubs, Praia Mole and Joaquina, very cozy and has one of the most beautiful views in Floripa, and an incredible sunset at Lagoa da Conceição. The house is on the second floor, and you have to climb stairs to access the house. Access to the beach is via a steep ramp, but for clubs and restaurants it is via a beautiful trail. There is no parking in the condominium due to the access. There is a secure parking lot at one of the condominium exits, with a daily rate of $50.00.

A private spa area features a round Jacuzzi filled with bubbling water, surrounded by a wooden deck. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide views of lush tropical foliage, while two glasses of champagne rest nearby, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
