Beachfront holiday rental in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

We spent 4 days and they were excellent, the house is very comfortable and cozy and the view of the sea is spectacular. To improve, it is a reserved and private place with easy access to the beach and good restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back!

Buda do Lagoa is a dream. Located on the magical hill in front of Rosa beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. The house is beautifully designed, keeping the elements of nature, and being there conveys a deep sense of peace. You sleep on the balcony with the sound of the waves. A few minutes from the beach and the downtown. Ezequiel and Ana were super careful and cooperative, and Ivonne was a very nice person, she helped a lot with the cleaning and brought a great energy. 10/10 recommendation, wonderful experience.

We will definitely come back! The place is beautiful, super neat, the view is wonderful. Juliano was extremely attentive and careful, we were greeted with treats and a plaque with our name! Communication was quick and easy! Juliano gave us some tips on great restaurants on Praia do Forte. It's easy to walk to the beach, which is super quiet and very beautiful! 20 minutes from downtown Florianópolis and less than 5 minutes by car to Jurerê! What enchanted us was the view, the calmness of the place, everything very clean and organized! The bathtub is great after a day at the beach! If you like quieter beaches, without loud music, the beach of the fort surprised us! Thanks Juliano!

The house is beautiful, all clean and organized. A great variety of dishes, all very well cared for and in good condition. We loved the space, we went with a 2-year-old and he left enchanted. Good communication with the person in charge.

I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things handy such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the nearby access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

Excellent apartment. Very cozy and easy to find. I recommend renting a car to make it easier to get to the other beaches and downtown. Very safe and the condominium provides a chair and umbrella. The apartment has 3 suites, plus another bedroom. Very well-equipped kitchen and the hostess left us breakfast products. I highly recommend it

It's definitely one of the best apartments I've ever rented on Airbnb! I rented for my family And they just loved it! The townships were impressed by the sea view, a truly breathtaking view! Beautiful, all-equipped apartment, great and beautiful furniture! All spotless! And Vanessa was always super attentive and kind! Everything IS PERFECT!

I loved my stay at the apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of Floripa, with an incredible view of the Hercílio Luz bridge. The apartment is super comfortable, just like in the photos, and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. The supermarket is in the building, as well as several other shops and restaurants, which made everyday life much easier. Access to the building, apartment and parking space was super easy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

The house was quite lovely and close to the beach. Alba was very prompt with responses and answered all of my questions. Very peaceful and safe! I recommend staying. When I make it back out to Floripa, I’d stay here again! Thank you for having us stay at your place!

The beach is stunning and the Airbnb is very clean. The bedrooms are perfectly equal so it’s great for two couples. You will definitely need to rent a car to get to the house and down to the beach but it’s worth it!!

The place is incredible, the house is simple and extremely cozy, we went in search of escaping the hectic routine of everyday life and there we had privacy in a calm, peaceful, quiet place, at night we only heard the waves of the sea and at dawn we could see the sunrise, which is beautiful from the pier. It even rained a little at night, but during the day there was a beautiful sun, which made the place even more perfect.

I used to date this house for a long time, I was planning to go because the photos are breathtaking, I can say that personally is even better, a show apart, it was the best house I've ever stayed quietly We did not want to leave there, we did shopping and spent 4 whole days there cooking, enjoying the beach, view, hammock and more If you think about making that investment in your life: do it!
