Loft holiday rentals in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

Leia and Marcos were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were very welcoming, gave me a great introductory tour of the loft with lots of good recommendations, and they could not have been kinder. The loft itself was well appointed and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the whole apartment was very clean. Lagoa is also an excellent neighborhood to stay, very safe and walkable with many good restaurants nearby. Thanks again!

I spent a weekend with my son and it was wonderful! The place is simple, but it has everything you need! It was all super clean and fragrant. And Thiago solved everything we needed with agility and extreme education! It is very close to the beach of Pinheira and also gives Guarda do Embaú! Without a doubt, I will be more often! Hopefully soon!

Great place, close to everything, the sound of the sea and birds, very cozy place, clean environment, easy to access and with a wonderful view, Karin helped me with a surprise I did with my partner, answered every time I needed before arriving, even though it was late at night. They were very helpful. The trip was all wonderful. As soon as I can, I intend to return with more time and days. I recommend the stay.

It was an amazing stay! The house is great... everything was impeccable, clean and organized! The view is spectacular... we take beautiful days... with sunrise from home! Centrinho is next to home... with everything you might need... Pliny and his wife are lovely people! Very kind, of those gave great tips from the region! Our stay in Florianópolis was great! The view is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the full kitchen with washing machine was very useful. The apartment is well located, beautiful and well lit. As I worked from home, having several spaces (2 tables, hammock, sofa, beanbags) was a plus. Communication with Felipe was excellent, always quick and helpful. I recommend it!

Micheal is a great host! The place is clean , cute and comfortable! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops, Bakery and pharmacy.

The room is exactly as in the photos, beautiful, with very well-kept furniture and utensils. The boys are super attentive! The terrace is too beautiful. We had a little difficulty only with the entrance, because it is right on the hill and the access with the car is narrow, with unevenness. But the rest is excellent!

Amazing place - clean and tidy with incredible views! Walking distance to Beira-mar Shopping and Beira-mar which was super convenient. Patio Milano literally downstairs has a wide variety of excellent restaurants to choose from. Rodrigo was responsive and always ready to help. Checking in was super smooth too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

It's a great place. It's a very well-appointed studio. It looked a little bigger in the photos but it serves 2 people very well! Marina treated us very well too. I recommend it.

Imagine traveling 12 hours and arriving at a place: - extremely easy to enter without a gate, great garage - Clean, new, airy, quiet street - king bed, bedding for cold nights and clean, white, clean towels, hot shower, two bathrooms - Host answering any questions on time - steps from Galeria NC (best gastronomic point) - steps from the beach - steps away from the market And to make it even better, does it have a water filter? Yes, this Airbnb exists! If I had to improve something, it would be to put blackout curtains in the living room, because there are only in the bedroom. Gratitude!

The studio is very nicely decorated. Better than the pictures. The place is peaceful and very well located. It is in the best location in Campeche and in front of the beach access. The studio was clean, fragrant and super well maintained.
