Family-friendly holiday rentals in Florida Keys

We spent 3 days here for a girls trip. Great location, the place offered an amazing view of the beach, ocean, swimming pools and the canal. We took so many photos on the balcony. We could enjoy all the restaurants and amenities of the FountainBleau hotel, the food and drinks were amazing, a little on the pricey side, but in line with what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The entire resort is very lively and vibrant, there’s always music at the adult pool. There was a slight problem with cleaning the fridge right when we arrived, but housekeeping was very responsive. They immediately came and cleaned it. Overall, a great experience, I would totally recommend this place for your vacation.

This condo was exactly what we saw in the photos! The condo was very clean and had an amazing smell. The VIEWS were incredible. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with walls of windows. You not only have an amazing beach views, you have incredible views of the city. You can see all the way to downtown and the cruise port! I highly recommend booking this place. Michael was an amazing host. He was very prompt to respond to my emails. The only thing I would recommend in the unit would be adding some curtains in the bedroom to block out some of the lights that come in from the cracks in between the shades. Other than that the unit was amazing and I am already looking to book again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a very nice stay at Marcy‘s. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub after we spent time at the beach.

This condo was charming, clean, and just the right size for a comfortable stay. The keyless entry system was super convenient. Perfectly located right across from beach access and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Frank and Ralph went above and beyond as hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted in person and taken on a tour, getting all the details on amenities. Their responsiveness throughout our trip was fast and efficient, and we felt comfortable and safe staying in their home. The house was stocked with everything we could need, including the kitchen and bathrooms. They even included an abundance of beach gear. We could not have been more taken care of. As for the house itself, we were in paradise. The palms fan over the backyard, providing lovely shade and paradise. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous, and the poolside chairs were great for tanning! Inside was super clean and tidy, and all of the furniture and decorations were elegant and fun. The location is amazing, minutes from everything on Wilton Drive I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The house was gorgeous, and our hosts were very welcoming and enthusiastic.

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

The property was pristine. I highly recommend booking. You will not regret it. Kid friendly as well. The backyard is very spacious. One word to describe the backyard would be perfect! The family and kitchen area were absolutely great! This place has everything you need and more! There were restaurants and convenience stores just minutes away. The neighborhood is very quiet as in the neighbors. One thing I loved waking up to were the peacocks. They were beautiful. The host is very responsive. Experience it for yourself!

We can't say enough positive about Ana's hospitality and the comfort of the cottage. We were in town for 8 days and found that three of us were very comfortable in the space. The neighborhood is great (nearby public pool is spectacular!), parking is plentiful and it is a short walk to Little Havana. Thanks to Ana for making our stay so pleasant!

We knew we were in for a treat from the moment we stepped into this beautiful home. The private pool was pristine and inviting, perfect for daytime relaxation and evening swims. The king-sized bed offered unparalleled comfort, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay. We especially loved the hammock—it became our favorite spot for morning coffees and sunset reflections. The outdoor BBQ area was a delight. Grilling under the stars and dining al fresco added a special touch to our evenings. The home's location is ideal—just a short drive to the vibrant city scene and the serene beach, yet it feels like a secluded oasis. Christina was exceptional, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable. Every detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, was meticulously curated for guest comfort. This property truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a Fort Lauderdale getaway!

Loved staying at this apartment! The host was very responsive and helpful in all of our requests. Will for sure be back! The view from the balcony and main bedroom was spectacular and the kitchen was fully equiped. Had a great stay at this property.

My husband and I loved Miranda’s place! The apartment is in a perfect location, is roomy, decorated nicely, and clean! We loved our stay, and plan on staying here again!

A wonderful house, this was our 2nd stay at Bucky's and we always feel right at home: All of us, parents and children (and dogs), were happy with the house and the spaces we were able to create for ourselves. Pool is divine on a hot day. The kitchen has everything that one could want. Our walks in the neighborhood with the little owls -- lovely!!!! I've been going to Marco for 30 years, it is one of my favorite places, the beaches are beautiful -- Tigertail is our favorite. In 30 years there has not been a day that we have not seen dolphins. Bucky is a wonderful and attentive host. We highly recommend Bucky's home.

Best part about the place is the absolutely charming hosts. Great value! I do feel like it could do with a smaller couch (to make navigating around a bit easier) and way to hang your clothes. But so charming and the neighborhood is just beautiful and they left many snacks and were so very considerate.

Perfect for our family of 5. Great outdoor area at the house for fishing and relaxing. The layout was great for us because of the separation from the master to the kitchen/living room…our baby could sleep and we didn’t have to worry about making noise and waking up the baby. KCB is in a great central location for exploring the Keys. We were also pleasantly surprised at the quality of restaurant’s nearby. The Cabana Club was crowded and has a small beach. Drinks there were good. I have nothing overly negative to say, other than that I wouldn’t look to stay in KCB or this property if you just want to hang at the pool and beach all day. But it was fine for a few easy afternoons between other activities in the area. We highly recommend and would stay again!

We booked this home last minute and now have our go-to vacation spot in Marathon! Alida is a friendly host with great communication. The home is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The kayaks and paddle board made our vacation even more special! The steet is very quiet and peaceful. The setting in the back yard is very private, as is the long dock. We had a 23' rental boat for our stay. The view is amazing and the sunsets are a special treat each evening. I very much appreciated the ample, comfortable seating everywhere - inside and outside of the home. Thank you Alida. We made great family memories here!

Judy’s place was like an oasis and exactly what I needed! The backyard is absolutely beautiful and the pool is clean and private. Sitting out there was easily one of my favorite things about my trip to south Florida. She was incredibly thoughtful with all of the extras too. We had plenty of towels and pillows and there were little snacks in the kitchen, ice in the freezer, and every little necessity in the bathroom (q-tips, flossers, body wash, bug spray, aloe, etc). We loved it here and would absolutely stay again.

This spot is perfect and will now be one of our go to vacations. 30 second walk to beach. Peaceful, private and felt at home. Right next store to cafe and wine garden. What’s not in walking distance you can catch the circuit (golf cart uber) for practically nothing. At least half of the people we talked to have been coming here regularly and also had wonderful things to say. We even extended our stay! Marianela made our trip go from great to the best, she really cares about the property and people. We had zero issues and will definitely be back.

Great condo in a perfect location to access the best of Key Largo. The condo is in a nice complex, with a great pool, mini beach, and dock area. The unit was well stocked with beach & bath towels, all kitchen appliances, washer dryer with detergent & dryer sheets, spare cooler, charcoal & lighter fluid for the grill. The bedrooms were super comfy. I highly recommend staying here!

What a perfect house! Drew was an excellent host; he responded quickly and gave us plenty of local recommendations. The house was walking distance to the beach, some great restaurants, and a 7/11. Could not have asked for a better place to stay on Marco Island!

Dino place was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect! Dino made me and my husband feel right at home! I totally recommend Dino place It’s an oasis forsure!
