Very nice condo in key colony beach, affordable, great stay for a family. Clean rooms, nice pool, nice private beach area, will bring family down again.

Norma was the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. Her replies were prompt and she provided outstanding recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment. She checked in with us frequently. Her rental is adorably nautical, clean and well-maintained. I loved her style! She made sure we had everything we needed.

this was the best place to stay so convenient staying in key largo! we had a great host was very responsive with our questions and the place felt right at home. it also had great views of the ocean and to get into town it's only about 10 minute drive down the road, only thing to be mindful of is if you utilize washer and dryer you need quarters other then that everything is a 5 star and would definitely consider coming back in the near future thank you!

Perfect spot for a long weekend beach getaway! This was our first time visiting the Florida Keys, and we loved being right on the water with a small beach area to ourselves. The space was ideal for our group of friends, and the location was great—close to local bars and restaurants, some within walking distance or just a short drive away.

Thinking back on our weekend in Miami Beach & it was just…amazing! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, clean & well decorated. The views are stunning! The staff is helpful & kind. I would stay here again in a minute!

Shane and Kelly were fabulous! My husband and I enjoyed a week away and loved exploring Marathon. Fishing from the back deck was so much fun. We caught some mangrove snapper that we made for dinner which was exquisite! I also caught a Jack Cravalle and my hubby caught a shark. Definitely fun times! Explored beaches, hiked and went to Key West for a day. Weather did not disappoint. Highly recommend this great vacation home!

The house was very clean and inviting upon arrival. Nice location short drive to great restaurants and local grocery stores also less than 5min walk to the beach. Mr Eddie responded in a timely manner when we had questions. All in all we had a great time and very much enjoyed our stay! Thanks Mr Eddie

Everything was great. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball, and the water. The house was perfect for the area. Definitely recommend!

This was a great place for our family. We had plenty of space to relax. The home is well stocked with linens, kitchen items and paper goods. We only had to buy groceries. The tvs had streaming services and there are two types of coffee makers!

We had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s place! He was an excellent host who was always available if I had a question. The house is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed sitting on and fishing off the dock. The house had everything we needed for a fantastic stay and a very enjoyable vacation. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the home. We were able to meet Tim and he was a lovely host. Thank you for a great vacation! We hope to come back in the future!

We really enjoyed this home in Marathon. Sitting by the canal for morning coffee, swimming in the pool on a hot afternoon, having dinner on the covered porch, or plying corn hole on the roof… it was all super enjoyable. Andy even dropped off some wonderful bagels one morning! The location is super close to all that Marathon has to offer. We would recommend this home to anyone

Wow! What a fabulous apartment! We had the most amazing stay to celebrate my birthday! This apartment had everything we needed, a home from home! Immaculate throughout and in such a central location with AMAZING views!! These hosts were fantastic! Thank you so much! If you’re looking to stay in Miami, this is the one to book!

The place was as described. Check in was easy and Desy even allowed us to check in a bit early due to my son having a fever. The linens and accommodations were clean and the condo set up was very nicely. The property is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The pool was clean and we enjoyed the area that sold food and drinks by the pool. This was a nice place to unwind after being on the water fishing for 6-8 hours. Very comfortable, private, and peaceful.

We rented 2 units for a full week stay. Unit 3 & 4, which are the 1 bedroom units. They were both super clean and as described. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the boats. Short walk to the beach. Even though we brought our own beach supplies, each unit was stocked with a beach wagon, beach chairs, and four beach towels. There is a shared washing machine and dryer that was available without issues. Marilyn was very responsive if I needed to reach out. My only wish is that they kept a few more bath towels / wash cloths for a full week stay. We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in South Fl. The most beautiful spotless apartment. So clean and updated. Amazing location. Beautiful in every way.

Absolutely perfect for a honeymoon getaway, quiet perfect amount of space for us, the set up was great with 2 bathrooms and a huge walkin closet, the couches were super comfy, the TV was big enough to see from across the room, we enjoyed everything about it. Got to meet some of the neighbors and they were all very welcoming and enjoyed talking to them. Scott had some great local recommendations and we enjoyed everything.

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay! it was a very beautiful/clean condo, had everything we needed, and the recommendations from the Hosts were on point! We stayed one night on the south end of Marco at a Hotel (on our last night) on the beach with ocean front view and let me tell you, we LOVED the Air BNB more than the Hotel stay and will definitely book with these Hosts over any Hotel again! Saw Dolphins off our dock every Sunrise and Sunset at the AirBNB! We cannot wait to come back to this Condo! Thank you so much for the amazing Hosts for sharing their Home with us. Very Good Experience and Highly recommended!

This condo is perfection! Close to the pool and private beach. Amazing views too! We felt right at home when we walked in. Highly recommend this place for 2 couples or a family looking for the perfect Keys getaway. Nicole was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. 10/10!!
