Townhouse holiday rentals in Florida Keys

This is our second time staying at this property and we have already booked it again for next year. For us, you can't beat the location, which is very close to downtown but far enough to feel more neighborhood like and peaceful. The townhouse concept is great especially if you have a pet.

It was an excellent stay. The house was clean and everything was in good working condition. It was very easy to communicate with the host. We like the location. It was private and easy to get to attractions. We will stay again in the future.

Winston was awesome. Came by and chatted with me and my guests for over an hour one night. He’s not only a great host , he’s a great friend. Will be back !

Lucia’s place is exactly as described. Beautiful location in one of the most beautiful areas of the country. I highly recommend walking down to the marina and taking a siesta under one of the cabanas facing the bay. The other thing I appreciated about Lucia’s place was the simplicity of the close out. An excellent choice I highly recommend to all.

Jack and Susan are wonderful hosts! Their home is beautiful. It felt like home and the small, private beach area was so peaceful. Susan gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do and was always responsive to all questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

What a great place! My family and I created some amazing memories and loved this cute unit. The place was clean, we loved the location, and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating! I HIGHLY recommend.

Super cute home with lovely outdoor sitting spaces. Most of home updated with exception of bathrooms. Coffee pot did not fill completely but there was Keurig alternative. Limited number of washcloths available. Loved outdoor seating and really enjoyed watching all the birds and wildlife. Excellent location close to many activities

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and all the amenities worked perfectly. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Michelle's place was a great, affordable place to stop for the night on our way to the keys. Everything was very clean and as described. Michelle was very responsive and polite. we would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 with grown teen/adults, loved staying at Bonefish. The view of the marina, morning and night was peaceful. The townhome was spotless. We enjoyed the pool, loved that it was heated. Played pickle ball. Met some nice folks and they gave lots of local hangout recommendations. Franks Grill was fantastic, but make reservations. The beach down the road was a little disappointing, it is covered in mass amounts of seaweed. Beds were comfy. Overall very relaxing vacation!! The place was beautiful, would recommend and stay here again if ever back in Marathon.

We loved this place. It was right on the water, we we’re able to dock our boat. The pool was just the right size. The house was clean and there were even activities for the kids like bikes and water toys. This will probably be our new go to in Marco. Thanks again!

I had the most wonderful stay at this townhouse — it was absolutely perfect for what I needed. The space is even more charming and spacious in person than in the photos, with such fun, eclectic decor and incredible attention to detail. From hand-painted murals on the walls to decorative outlet covers and whimsical dining chairs, every corner felt thoughtfully designed. The home was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and there were plenty of clean towels and fresh linens. It truly felt like a peaceful and private retreat. The outdoor spaces were equally amazing. The downstairs patio had cozy rocking chairs perfect for morning coffee, and the upstairs balcony offered breathtaking views of the bay and bridge — especially at sunset. The pool was fantastic, and the property has its own little beach in back, the entire property was quiet, serene, and relaxing. Loved this cozy escape! It is right next to the pool and lagoon but window shades provide lots of privacy. There is so much wildlife in the and around the lagoon, we enjoyed just walking around the property. Bonus points for the bed being incredibly comfortable and the safety of the gated community! Roger was very responsive and helpful to all of our questions. It was just my partner and I but there is plenty of space and would be great for a family vacation. We loved our stay and would definitely be back!

Very beautiful part of Key Largo! Check in was a hassle since there were a line of cars waiting for security to check us all in before we had access to the units. After that, security guided us in the wrong direction but none of that was the host’s fault. The unit is very clean and well kept. The laundry area was very nice with new machines but need to keep the doors open to avoid condensation from the dryer. Showers and bathroom are exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you like a firm mattress that’s what they have. AC system did great for FL heat. There are stairs to the bedrooms and large bathroom so keep that in mind. Love the outdoor porch and marina nearby. Also a little beach nearby! Lots of restaurants and activities in the area too. About 1.5 hours from Miami/MIA. We went during the week so very little to no traffic. If you’re coming on the weekend please be mindful of the traffic you’ll hit on US1. Loved Fausto’s place and definitely recommend!

Quiet, convenient neighborhood. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Javier's place had everything we needed, and everything worked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

I used to live in the Keys and worked as a Captain in Key Largo, taking Boy Scouts out on scuba live-aboard trips to the reefs. We were a group of 4 celebrating my son's birthday. First, the home is well-equipped with everything you need, including beach towels, and is beautifully decorated. We had access to multiple pools, a grill located under the Tiki hut right outside the back door, and a saltwater pond that I was pleasantly surprised to find had a diverse variety of reef fish to explore while snorkeling in a very protected, calm area. Snorkel gear, kayaks, and a golf cart were included for guests' use. If you have someone with mobility issues, on the ground level, they will have their living room with one step up to the bedroom and one step up into the full bathroom. Dolphin Plus is an 8-minute walk and a great experience! I was able to watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning, and you can fish off the jetty. STAY HERE IF YOU CAN!

We just returned from a week at the Keys Ocean vacation rental! The place was exactly like the photos and in such a beautiful place overlooking the marina. The condo had all that we needed and more with all the amenities that you could need (beach chairs, kayak, SUP board, tennis rackets, etc.) as well as bathroom amenities so all you need to do is pack your clothes and go! It's a short walk to the Coco Plum Beach and a short drive to the Sombrero Beach which is slightly bigger. There's great walking and running paths as well. You can also walk to a fish market for stone crabs as well as a deli and market. We also like to fish so being on the dock was great for the kids and also went on the local party boat one day which is only 5 mins away. The condo was spotless and just perfect for our family of 4! We will be back!

Great place to stay. House was very clean and had all the amenities you need, well equipped. 10 min drive to the beach. Our host Juliana was amazing. She made sure we are comfortable and we have everything we need.

Christina's home was beautiful and clean. Our three girls would have been perfectly happy staying at the condo for the entirety of our stay and using the community amenities like the lagoon and pools. The lagoon was amazing, it was like snorkeling in an aquarium. We snorkeled in the ocean while we were there, and all agreed it was better in the lagoon! we would highly recommend Christina's home if you are planning a stay in the Keys!

The location was beautiful. The pictures were accurate. Andy was always helpful if we ever had any questions on anything that we needed.

This place was absolutely beautiful! It gave you the perfect vacation vibe! The little area we were in was great and felt very safe even when walking around at all times of the day and night! The house had great beds/ bedrooms, great bathrooms and the living room and kitchen were perfect! The location was amazing , was walkable to everything, the beach, restaurants, bars, island tours and many stores and attractions and landmarks! It was amazing to stay and Joe was very helpful with everything when it came into the check in process and all the way to the end with check out! If we are ever in Key West again we DEFINITELY be staying here!!
