Terrific vacation location!!! Mitch and Lu (and Richie) were the absolute best hosts, sharing favorite local spots, tips, and tricks. The location is beautiful and private, yet close to everything, and the house has everything you could need! Would definitely recommend this property and we cannot wait to spend another week here!

Great property, location and responsive, helpful hosts. I stayed with my kids and in-laws and had a great time. The beach is an easy 10-15 minute walk and the pool/backyard was a very nice place to hang out. Relatively easy access to the Atlantic side via boat if you’re planning to bring or rent a boat. The house was very clean as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolute Keys Perfection!! This vacation spot won't disappoint. Private, gorgeous, well maintained home with lots provided & to do on site, PLUS a place to dock a decent sized boat. Our 30' Grady White Marlin sat nicely at the bulkhead and we could easily spin it in the canal - it does get shallow but if you stick to the marked channel you're good. Homeowners are extremely responsive, friendly & want you to enjoy your stay. Kitchen is fully stocked & has appliances I wish I had room for at home. HiFee boat ramp and Publix down the street. Bonus, there's a preservation next door where lots of seabirds like Frigates roost and teach their young to fly in front of the house. Wish I had booked a second week! or the whole month lol

The Grouper house was fabulous. I stayed there with my wife and kids for a week. Everything about this place was top notch. From booking to check in and check out. Her staff is nothing short of superb. Sean makes sure every need or question is answered promptly. The best place I have ever stayed. Highly recommend.

10 out of 10 stay. Beautiful, serene property where we often felt we had the mangrove and key to ourselves. Several days were spent on a recurring rotation of kayaking, pool, hot tub, repeat. Perfect distance from Key West for adventuring there, but plenty on Cudjoe Key and Big Pine if you don't want to venture to the hustle and bustle. Sincerely hope to return!!

The house was beautiful, the area in marathon is perfect. Right on the water across from a marina. The house was very cleanly. Perfect space in the kitchen for cooking. Lots of utensils. We brought our blow up paddle boards and were able to use the kayaks too. However they were pretty difficult to put in the water because the dock is about a 5-7 foot drop to the water. Would have been nice to have some steps into the water or something. It was also difficult to tie up our boats as they were smaller boats under 25 feet. At low tide the dock bumpers still didn’t reach the boats to prevent from hitting the dock so we were constantly watching the boats and utilizing our bumpers. There was construction going on during our stay next door the whole time but communication when mentioned to the property manager was prompt and they were able to offer us a slight accommodation discount from almost 1/2 our pet fee. Pet fee is also per pet so can be pricey. Overall great vacation.

Can’t say enough, good things about this house. Beautiful location, squeaky, clean throughout, plenty to do. Wasn’t sure about staying on a lake in Florida because of possibility of alligators. This lake is one of the cleanest lakes I’ve ever seen. We swam, we used their kayaks, and spent a whole day just floating out there. It is also a very quiet lake at least as long as we were there. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, and asked if we should go get some and within an hour, they brought them to us. Service was outstanding. If I ever go back to Miami, I am definitely coming back here.

The place was as listed we had a great family stay. All the rooms were clean and the beds slept very well. It could use a few more couch sets but that was not an issue. All in all would stay again.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED Christopher's house!! It was beautiful! I honestly felt like i never left my house it was so cozy. Also it wasn't to far from everything we wanted to do. When i had a question to ask he responded quickly and i appreciate that. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. I definitely will be staying there again.

Beautiful updated home, well stocked with beach supplies, bicycles & kitchen goods. The LoveSac sectional was wonderful for us to just relax and watch movies. It was also a great location, close to all the activities but also nice and quiet for a restful sleep. The beds were comfortable and we loved our stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

Our family had a phenomenal time at this Airbnb. 10/10 recommend, host was fast at communicating and very helpful. Hoping to come back!!!

Great house on the water. Convenient location to access other keys. Easy walking distance to a great restaurant

John is a Super Host to us. He was very easy to communicate with. We had an issue at the house and he had it dealt with before lunch the next day. Unexplainably, we ended up leaving our fish rods in the back porch area (out of site out of mind?). John gathered them up and his wife took them to UPS to get them packed and sent back to us. Well above and beyond anything we could have expected. Our thanks to both of them.

The house was perfect for eight adults. There were plenty of towels and dishes and silverware and glasses! At some places there’s only six or eight place settings and you have to wash them every time you eat. The house had a nice layout and it was awesome having three full bathrooms. We didn’t like how close to the busy road our Unit C was. We live in a small town and are not used to all of the noisy traffic. The house was great and it was everything we expected if not more! Naomi was an awesome host.

Great house. The host was extremely responsive with all our questions and requests. It was great to have such quick access to the ocean and easy docking. The pool was great to have for the kids and cool off after a day on the boat. Overall we would love to come back.

Mark’s property was newer and very nice. Quiet neighborhood close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. He was very responsive with any inquiries we had and kept an open line of communication during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

The best house in Miami and location 🫶

Stunning location, very comfortable with plenty of space for 10 people. When we arrived we never felt like leaving. Beautiful pool and hot tub surrounded by palm trees, sandy area with great fire pit, gorgeous outdoor eating area and kayaks to drop from pier. Very private location with spectacular sunsets! Fabulous!!!!

Our family vacation here was incredible! This house is everything you hope for in a getaway, right on the water with the most peaceful views, and packed with everything you need to relax and enjoy time together. The kitchen was a total standout huge, beautifully designed, and stocked with all the essentials (plus extras!). We cooked most of our meals there and loved hanging out as a family while cooking and eating. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the hot tub was perfect for the adults to unwind at night. The sauna was such a fun bonus — like having a spa right in the house! Every space felt clean, welcoming, and well taken care of. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also great common areas for us to hang out together. It felt like a perfect mix of luxury and comfort — we never wanted to leave. Truly one of the best family vacations we’ve had. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

If you’re looking for a little rest and relaxation, this is the place. The house is stocked with everything you need, nothing was overlooked. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes, and spices. There were lots of towels and beach towels. All kinds of activities were right at the house , but also everything you need to go to the beach. Our family enjoyed both the outside space and the game room. We also enjoyed grilling and cooking in the beautiful spacious kitchen. It was exactly what we needed to make our trip perfect. Hosts were very responsive and sent detailed instructions for arrival and check out. Thanks so much for hosting us, we had an amazing time!
