Beautiful condo. Very clean. It is across the road from the beach but did have beach views. Responsive host that checked in on us after check-in.

This beach retreat was perfect! The condo was super clean and had stunning views. They really took the time to think of everything to make the stay both memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Destin, FL.

We had a great stay! The furniture is nice and comfortable and he provided necessities like k cup coffees, soap, shampoo, face wash, etc. We loved the views and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Mitzi’s place was absolutely wonderful! Such great views of the property and the gulf from her unit. The condo was both beautiful and comfy at the same time! So enjoyed my stay at her place and will plan to stay there again in the future!

You can tell a lot of care has gone into making it feel like a true escape. Alex was incredible to work with. From the moment we booked, he made everything so easy and stress-free. Clear communication, thoughtful touches, and such a welcoming vibe — it honestly felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. We loved every moment of our stay and already can’t wait to come back. Mark & Pam’s Air BnB lived up to their stellar reviews! My husband and I had a lovely stay over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The condo looked just like the photos + Mark & Pam had amazing recommendations of things to do and places to eat every day. Mark & Pam also supplied ALL the beach essentials- towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. On our first day, we discovered the umbrella was broken and they were quick to purchase and deliver a new one to our door. If you can, definitely rent bikes! We loved biking into Rosemary Beach every day for dinner, ice cream, or the farmer’s market. All in all a beautiful and perfect beach trip- will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the store or for food. We would definitely stay again. The view was beautiful from the balcony.

We had an absolute blast! I honestly cannot say enough about how sweet and responsive the hosts are. The place is awesome. Location is as perfect as you can get. 12 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be booking with them again!!!

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

Our stay was great! The location is wonderful- very peaceful but close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The space was exactly as described and we were provided with all of the basics that we would need. Will definitely book this unit again for our next destin trip!

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

An Absolutely Phenomenal Stay! Our stay in Panama City was nothing short of fantastic! This Airbnb exceeded every expectation and felt like a true home away from home. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accessible, which made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. They went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and even a beach bag—truly everything you could need for a perfect day on the sand. The condo itself was absolutely spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some!). The beach access was seamless, the chair setup service was such a treat, and the resort staff were welcoming and friendly. Sad we only got to stay for a couple of nights, but a perfect location for our little vacation. Being able to walk to the beach and being close to anything you could need. And only 20 minutes from the Destin strip, was great. Any questions I had, Nickie responded quickly. It was a perfect weekend.

Had everything my family needed. Comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows. Provided necessities that you need for cooking and beach play. Everything functioned as it should. Elevators work well and are quick. The building itself could use some updates. However the unit in particular was taken care of.

Very nice and responsive host! Place was as described and pictured. Place was free of clutter and things put away. Great views! We would stay here again! Our only complaint was floors were dirty and not talking about the sand which is understandable. Walking around barefoot or socks in the room, your feet would be black. We also wish the room with bunk beds had a small tv for kids. Other that that we loved it and enjoyed our vacation and stay!
