We had a fantastic experience at Paul’s home! The house was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It felt brand new (newly renovated), even the appliances. The location was close to our family, attractions, conveniences, and the neighborhood was quiet & felt very safe. Paul was very responsive, friendly, and made the check-in/check-out process seamless. We appreciated the quick responses for any questions we had. The house was well stocked with basic supplies, kitchen items, towels, and fresh linen. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rome!

Staying here was a fantastic experience. The property was lovely, very walkable location and easy to access. The hosts were extremely responsive and willing to be flexible with our needs, and super friendly as well. The actual property was just as advertised, cozy and comfortable with everything we could need. This was my fiancee and my first experience with AirBNB and we could not be happier. If I ever am back in Utica and need a place to stay this will definitely be my first choice.

Place looked exactly like pictures showed, clean, quiet, spacious. Smelled real nice. Plenty of room for all the stuff if staying for a few days. Convenient private parking off the street. Dimitriy is a great host, responds almost instantly, accommodated an extra night stay for me! The place was real easy to find, all the instructions given were precise and clear. The stay was a pleasure. Thank you!

This was the perfect place for my wife and 4 year old! Beds were extremely comfortable, and the dining and lounge area was great for family time. It was also a great location centralized to all the things we wanted to do! That included Herkimer Diamond Mines, Cooperstown and Sangertown Mall (Billy Beez)!
