You can spend time on the grass in our huge private pool under the trees in a quiet environment. We also grow organic vegetables and fruits. You can collect your eggs from our chickens every morning. Our house is 15 km from the old and new Foca. There are all the markets for your food and other needs My wife and I live in the attic, upstairs, with a separate entrance. We have obtained all the necessary certificates in accordance with the rental regulations.

Foça Taş VİLLA Our 6+1 Villa has accommodation for a total of 12 people. 3 of the rooms are en-suite. We offer a heated therapy jacuzzi and a spacious pool on our terrace with sea views. Our garden is 700 m² of grass landscaped and has a barbecue and private parking. The villa has all the kitchen utensils, coffee machines, and all the products you will need such as towels, iron, conditioner, shampoo, shower gel for our guests.

There is a fireplace type stove, radiator heater and air conditioner in the winter months. The site has its own beach, but the best bays of the region (Manal, Ayıbalığı, Korsan Beach, Ardıç Beach, Beyaz Kayalar) are 5-10 minutes away by car.
