First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Gülşah for her hospitality. He was very understanding in every matter and was one of the sweetest hosts I've ever met :) The house was really enjoyable. It is clean, spacious, has a beautiful view and you can see the sea from where you sit. It also offers a very pleasant environment with its patio and green garden. The house was quite tidy, we had no problems. Everything you might need has been considered. We did not encounter any deficiencies, but I was sure that Ms. Gülşah would help immediately if there were any. It's also in a very nice location. We entered the sea from the pier right in front of us, and we could easily reach many beaches by car. There are pleasant places where you can spend time around with a short car ride. The information shared by Ms. Gülşah about the region helped us a lot in this regard. It was also very easy to reach Old Foça or New Foça. I would definitely recommend it.

We had Christmas in a great stone house in the center of Foça. There's everything you need in a home. Very well thought out. It was quite cold because it was the end of December and it warms up late as it is a stone house. But we had no trouble at all because Ms. Nilüfer heard that the air was very cold and bought a heater for us. Very helpful host who tries to find a solution to everything. I definitely recommend it, we will stop by again to enjoy more of the summer. Thank you so much Ms. Nilüfer ❤️

Mr. Reşat's house was more beautiful than it appeared. We couldn't get enough of sitting in his garden. Not only that, he was a complete gentleman of Izmir, he helped us in every way. It was an accommodation we would like to come back to😊

A villa where you can enjoy with your family and friends. There's everything you need in the house. It's very clean and new inside. It has a very large garden. It has a very beautiful garden with its landscape and pool. There is a grocery store 2 minutes away by car for shopping. It's very close to the seal. It takes about 7 minutes by car. I would like to thank Mr. Erim for his wonderful hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to those who are thinking of coming.

My family and I had a pleasant stay. The house is accurate to the photos, very functional and the decor is really nice. With Gökhan's instructions we found the house without difficulty. You have to be transported but we were warned. In fact, he was available all along the stay to answer our questions, thank you to him. Special mention for a small typical Turkish restaurant 5 minutes by car in the heights we enjoyed ourselves.

We rented the house for 3 people to work remotely for 5 days. It is located in a very quiet and calm environment, which offers a great atmosphere for focusing and resting. The architecture of the house was very impressive and everything we needed was available. The garden was very pleasant, and the internet connection was more than sufficient for remote work. There are grocery stores nearby where you can shop, but transportation without a car can be a bit difficult. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. All kinds of needs have been considered in the kitchen. We would like to thank Ms. Aydan for her hospitality.

Mr. Serkan quickly answered all our questions before, during and after the stay. We did not experience any negativity during our stay as a family with 2 children. She helped us with everything we needed. The house also had all the equipment we might need. It was a really enjoyable holiday.

Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and facilities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that bothered us, everything else was very positive. Do not hesitate about the hosts, they answer the questions quickly, and when we entered, they personally came to get the key for the checkout when we said the bathroom of the house was not clean enough, and they expressed their sadness. The place of the house is good, in fact, there is a grocery store etc. about 2 km away, but the roads are a little neglected, so we walked around the house. There are too many mosquitoes, unfortunately, although there are mosquito nets in the house, they can enter the house in the evening and we could not use the garden due to the mosquito. That's why you have to go cautiously when you leave. There are machines, iron, oven and kitchen utensils in the house, so there is no problem. Unfortunately, the power went out in the morning. Since we were going to leave, there was no problem that day, but I think it was a situation in that area. We had a pleasant 2 nights. We left very happy. Thank you for everything..

We enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

The rooms are quite clean and new. It's exactly the same as in the photo. It has a huge garden in front and the landscaping arrangement is quite nice. Thanks to its central location, you walk to restaurants. Mr. Suat is very hospitable and helpful. I recommend.
