Beachfront holiday rental in Focene

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

Alice was a super hostess. She could be reached at all times and gave us many useful tips.

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

The apartment is located right in front of a beach accessible for free in a quiet area. Adorable ice cream shop on the corner 😊 Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Pleasant kitchen and bathroom. It takes a big hour to get to the center of Rome by bus and train. Thank you to Roberto for hosting us

I will say this stay was memorable from recommending places to eat and showing us around, and also help us in a pinch when we needed help great host on the property will definitely recommend and stay again!

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Wonderful stay in Ladispoli! We had an unforgettable stay in Ladispoli and this place exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was perfectly located — just a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. Ladispoli is a wonderful place to relax, with its picturesque streets, beautiful beaches and a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment, whether it's walking around the city or spending time on the beach. In the evening it was possible to enjoy great Italian cuisine in the local restaurants. What is especially convenient — Ladispoli is ideally located if you plan to visit Rome. Very easy access to transport (trains, buses), which makes it an excellent base for daily trips to the capital. We rented a car and easily reached Rome, enjoying both the city and a relaxing holiday! Our best recommendation!

THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house! It offers enough space for a family of 4 and it has everything you need. Federico is very helpful, straightforward and generous. We were allowed to use all amenities and felt very comfortable. We can recommend the cottage without reservation!

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

The stay was excellent! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. I really appreciated the small details like having adaptors and even a first aid kit available. The place has a great vibe, with lots of creative decoration, and even a pinball machine! Great choice, I was very satisfied with everything. Definitely recommend!

After a long travel day, we felt welcome and comfortable. The house was relaxing and easy to locate. Christian helped us with pickup from the airport which was stress free, easy and fast. This apartment couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is wonderful, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport and a less than 5 minute walk from the beach! We stayed here the night before our flight and loved getting to relax on the beach and enjoy a nice seafood dinner. Francesca was extremely helpful with booking a taxi to the airport. She also stored our luggage for us since we arrived before the check in time, making it possible for us to go to the beach! The apartment is stocked with everything you might need and was extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this apartment! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
