Beachfront holiday rental in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

This place was absolutely charming! The space was cozy, clean, and full of character — from the rustic wooden furniture to the sweet little kitchen setup. The views from the windows were incredible, with colorful flowers framing the water just steps away. It was peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing to note: we did get a few stares from people in the area, and the police drove by a couple of times. It felt a little uncomfortable at first, but it may just be routine for the neighborhood. Still, the beauty and calm of the location made it a worthwhile experience overall. Would recommend for anyone looking for a scenic, quiet escape.

Fabrizio was very helpful and very informative to us. Apartment was so cozy and sparkles. Definitely worth it. We love the atmosphere included the restaurants and shops. Fabrizio was so nice to picked up at the airport and later took us to the port so we can get to our cruise. We want to come back in the future with our boys. Gracias Fabrizio!!

Great stay at the property. I preferred to stay outside Rome and pay daily visits. The season was still off, but I could find anything I needed. Overall, a good experience for a family of 5.

It's been a wonderful time. We girls felt completely comfortable and safe ❤️ The apartment was our dream, with the sea right in front of us... the view from our terraces was indescribably beautiful. Perfect on/off check, with helpful instructions by photo (even), 2 girls could easily do it after traveling, as they had not managed it at the beginning! The landlord Andrea was always immediately available if there was something - what we wanted to discuss briefly - he was immediately there for us personally! We girls traveled on vacation in a group of 5! The apartment would also be perfect & ideal for a family with children. Many thanks 🫶🏻

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and comfortable :). The kitchen had everything what you need, terrace is huuuge. Gulio is very nice and helpful, responds quickly and put a smile on your face :). He was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would consider this place to go one more time when I visit Anzio :). We felt well taken care of there. I recommend!

Dana has been great with us and the villa kinga is a perfect location for relaxing while being walkable from the Anzio beaches. Fully equiped and very clean. +++

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. This was our absolute favorite Airbnb place in all of Italy, and we stayed at 5 different places during a 10 day trip. There are lots of places to stay in Ostia. Book this one now. You will thank yourself when you get here! The place is beautiful. Nice view with visible water from the cute and good sized balcony. Very spacious and modern. Great air conditioning. Drinkable kitchen water. Comfortable bed and even extra pillows. Great location with tons of nearby restaurants and easy beach and pier access. Christian also booked us a van to get to the airport last minute. He’s such a kind and enthusiastic host. Best stay in all of Italia. Buon viaggio!

We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

Romana was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed the stay a lot! The view is simply unbelievable and the art in the house is a collection with calling it a museum! Thanks a lot for sharing that beautiful place with us!

The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was responsive and welcoming. Manuel’s place was a good place to stay with one other person. It was easy to enter the building and the room was very clean. The host even accommodated our needs for a taxi pick up to the airport. The snacks and were a bonus too!

This place is very well equipped, quite, everything works. We found the most of what we needed (besides the usual also the kitchen utensils, detergents, cleaning utensils are there, the towels are already a bit old). The view is great, the balcony very nice. The car can be parked in the back yard. It is only a few steps to the beach. Unfortunately, there is garbage on the beach. If you take a walk to the left on the beach there is even more garbage so not very pleasant. All in all, we had a very good stay. The only thing to improve: chairs at the dining table are not very comfortable.

We felt completely at home and safe throughout our stay. The accommodation was outstanding—even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos, and absolutely spotless. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like being provided with beach towels and the convenient partnership with the beach club right across the street, where we could purchase access directly at the front desk. A special mention to the fact that some of the staff spoke French, which made our stay even more comfortable. And a heartfelt thank you as well for organizing the airport transfer at such a very affordable price — it made everything so much easier. Thank you again for your care and attention!
