Monthly Rentals in Foggetta

The house is very well situated between Atri and Pineto, and has a fantastic view of the surroundings, ocean and sunset (probably sunrise as well). Paola and Carmine were extremely responsive and gave plenty of good suggestions. The place is also very well equipped if you’re planning on cooking. The only slight downside is that, being just off the road, you can hear the cars going by when you’re in the garden. But even considering that, the place is great value for money.

We were the bridge on June 2. Quiet location, close to the beach. The surrounding area is very well maintained. It's even a pleasure to walk. The apartment offers a very nice and well-equipped outdoor space. Barbecue, umbrella, tables, sofa, benches and even stove and fridge. Pleasant surprise. I hope to return. I have to mention that the host was very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Ewa is a great host! She showed us around and helped us with everything right away! It was a lot of fun in Pineto. The bikes were very helpful (we had a rental car later) because Pineto is the nearest shopping. Thank you!

Linda and her husband were very nice and helpful, amazing location we were able to spend a few hours on the beach right next door it was very much appreciated, we even had a barbecue, I recommend this place
