Holiday apartment with private entrance door, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The cross-country slope is only a couple of meters away. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. Ideal for: couples, sporty people, families with 1 child. Visitor's tax of €3,50/ Person/ night is not included and will be charged upon arrival.

Es handelt sich hier um ein neu gebautes Studio für zwei (bis maximal vier) Personen, sehr ruhig und mit bester Aussicht gelegen sowie mit guter Anbindung an die Langlauf-Loipe und Wanderwege. Im Garten - dieser darf nur von den Gästen im Haupthaus genutzt werden - befindet sich eine Sauna, die im Winter ggf. auf Anfrage und gegen Aufpreis mitbenutzt werden kann. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

Seefelder Plateau-ruhige und einladende Wohnung

Our apartment (70sqm) is on the 1st floor of the house and has a kitchen, bathroom, anteroom, a bedroom, a living room and a fully covered terrace. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but there is a pull-out sofa in the living room so 4 people can easily live there. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, various coffee machines, etc. and we have very good WiFi.
