Geweldig vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels. Maar liefst 3 ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden. Een fijn overdekt terras met hetzelfde prachtige uitzicht waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten of dineren. Het privezwembad is natuurlijk ook fantastisch, onze kinderen hebben hiervan genoten. Gabriele is een zeer vriendelijke proactieve host die vantevoren allemaal leuke tips en handige info stuurde en onze zelf opwachte bij aankomst. Ondanks het iets mindere weer tijdens de week dat wij er zaten is er vanalles te doen en te bezoeken in de omgeving, bij mooi weer kun je ook nog naar de kust. Ik zou dit verblijf van harte aanraden en hoop er ooit nog terug te komen!

Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren erwartungen. Ein altes Bauernhaus inmitten von Natur, sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht gelegen. Lediglich die Sonne kam kaum durch(schlecht zum Wäsche trocknen, oder draußen sitzen-wobei man dazu sagen muss, wir waren im Herbst da), dafür die vielen Mücken ;o( was evtl Mückengitter empfiehlt. Innen war alles ok, dem Alter entsprechend, aber zweckmäßig und funktionell. Lediglich den Türen sollte etwas wartung angediehen werden, sie schließen kaum noch. Sonst eine sehr nette und authentische Unterkunft. Danke Donata.

This property exceeded our expectations with spectacular views and peaceful, natural surroundings! The host was friendly and responsive. The proximity to San Gimignano and other Tuscan destinations was convenient. Each day felt magical! Just sitting on the patio was amazing! An unforgettable destination and experience!

We could not have asked for a more beautiful setting to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday. Our week was perfectly balanced between visiting nearby Montalcino wineries & surrounding villages, a day trip to Siena, and lazing about the pool & villa. Monica was kind, generous & helpful from the time of booking. She accommodated all requests and even left a gift for my partner to celebrate his birthday! Will be back! Would rate this 6 stars if we could.

Wir haben unsere Sommerferien mit 2 Kindern (vor Saisonstart) für 2 Wochen verbracht. Es hat uns allen herrvoragend gefallen und wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und doch nicht aufdringlich. Sie lassen einem sehr viel Privatsphäre. Nach einer Woche wurden wir proaktiv gefragt, ob wir neue Frottée- und Bettwäsche möchten. Die Kinder waren sehr willkommen. Der saubere, grosse und kostenlose Strand erreicht man über eine Privatstrasse, welche mit Velo oder Auto befahren werden kann. Es war einfach wunderschön und wir werden sicherlich wieder mal zurück kommen.

Wonderful villa and grounds with private sea access and lounge area in the rocks. Tastefully renovated older villa, very attentive hosts who helped with any of the minor issues we had. Nice pellet oven was great as the weather was a bit cool. Wonderful place and view.

An enchanting place. The villa is steeped in history and the gardens with a small amphitheater and a distant view of Siena are spectacular. Great location from which to explore the rest of Tuscany. My family and I have enjoyed our stay.

Incredible villa, meticulously maintained gardens and fruit trees, mesmerizing views and the gorgeous pool. Celebrated my father’s 70th birthday here with his kids and grandkids and we won’t forget it. Slice of heaven.

My family and I -- six adults and a 9 month old -- spent two delightful weeks at Il Granaio. Before our arrival, Greg (the host) put me in touch with Ally, the property manager, who provided much useful information in advance and ensured we could find our way to the hidden gem that is Il Granaio. Once we arrived, Ally was available as needed, responsive to my queries as we settled in. We enjoyed the Villa and property immensely, using it as a base camp as we did day trips all around Tuscany and a longer visit to the Ligurian coast. The house was comfortable, attractive, and well-outfitted, with fantastic views from the second floor; the surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful; the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax after being out and about; and the billiard table provided enjoyment for all! And having our own washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. Wonderful memories were made for our family at Il Granaio!

The villa was simply stunning and we had a wonderful time. The indoor and outside spaces were very spacious and looked exactly as described, if not better! The villa was very clean and Giulia organised everything for us, including pool towels and towel sets. She welcomed us and gave us a tour of the villa when we arrived. I highly recommend Villa Francigena if you want to spend time immersed in the Tuscan beautiful landscape and in a peaceful and spacious typical villa, not far from wine tasting spots and the beautiful town of San Gimignano! Thank you Giulia for a wonderful stay from all of us.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso questa splendida villa. Eravamo in 14 e ognuno ha trovato comodamente i propri spazi. La casa è molto grande e ben disposta, il piano terra regala momenti di convivialità difficili da ricreare altrove. L’ampio salotto attrezzato con Ping pong e calcio balilla affaccia, insieme alla cucina (splendidamente attrezzata), sul porticato e sul giardino interno, creando un’unica, grande zona di condivisione. La casa è adatta davvero a tutti, anche ai più piccoli, il cortile interno è chiuso, sicuro e gode di molta privacy. Passare qualche giorno in questo alloggio è una di quelle esperienze che bisognerebbe fare almeno una volta al mese. La proprietaria Barbara ci ha seguito in maniera impeccabile fin dall’inizio con istruzioni accurate e ottimi consigli. Ci ritorneremo

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Tina war unvergesslich. Paolo und Laura sind sehr gute Gastgeber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Perfekt für 2 Familien. Privater Strandzugang. Wunderbare Aussicht aufs Meer. Ich kann Paolos Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

היתה שהייה מצויינת. הצוות היה תגובתי ומסור. המגום משגע והוילה איכותית בהחלט! יש מקום למעט התאמות למשפחות עם ילדים, אבל היתה שהייה מעולה וקיבלנו כל מה שרצינו ואף מעבר.

Villa La Scuola was the perfect home for our much anticipated trip to Siena! We loved the home, the beautiful and tranquil surroundings, the warm and friendly greeting by the family who own the home; truly everything about our stay! We would love to return! La Scuola is an inviting home in a perfect location--in the gorgeous Tuscan countryside, but just a brief drive to Siena. We loved that we could walk along the road and gaze over the vineyards and olive trees to see Siena in the distance, but also that the Montechiaro wine tasting room was just across the way. The house is lovingly preserved and maintained; the kitchen is fully equipped and if we had been able to stay longer, I would have enjoyed making dinner and eating outside on the patio with the views of the gardens. We never really made use of the beautiful pool, but if we return in hotter weather, I can imagine spending lots of time relaxing pool side. The beds are extremely comfortable. Just perfect!

Sehr schönes Airbnb, perfekt um den Urlaub zu genießen! Alles war wie beschrieben, Annamaria und ihr Bruder waren gut zu erreichen falls Fragen waren. Es gibt viel zu sehen in der Umgebung von Pisa bis Florenz und auch das Meer ist nahegelegen.

La villa di Luise si trova in una posizione unica, la vista dalla terrazza difficilmente si scorderà. È dotata di tutto quello che serve per sentirsi come a casa. La piscina e la zona intorno alla piscina (sdraio, patio) ci ha permesso di rilassarci anche quando non eravamo in spiaggia. Da tenere in considerazione che il supermercato più fornito è a Marciana Marina (a mezz’ora di macchina), ma basta organizzarsi bene all’arrivo. Aline e Agata ci hanno accolte con molta professionalità e per tutto il tempo sono state disponibili e cortesi. Il barbecue purtroppo era inutilizzabile, abbiamo apprezzato che Agata si sia attivata subito per fornirci la piastra elettrica ma era purtroppo piccolina per una famiglia di 5.

We had an amazing time in the villa from Tommaso. It has all the amenities that you expect from a villa in this price class. The view looking over the valley is beautiful. The communication with the host was very pleasant and swift. As an example; The existing tv got broken in the evening and the next morning Tomasso installed a new one with all the modern features like Apple Airplay. Since the weather was not great the first days you can imagine that this was very nice to have a good working tv. Anyone who is considering renting a villa in the surrounding of San Donato, I highly recommend this villa from Tommaso.

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

We had a fantastic stay at Concetta's beautiful home! The house itself is gorgeous and traditionally Tuscan. It is also in the most incredible scenery and sitting outside and taking in the view was an absolute joy. However, by far the best thing about our stay was Concetta and her husband Paolo. They could not have done more to make us feel more at home and it honestly felt like we were part of the family while we were there (including making us the most incredible meal, which I would strongly recommend you do if you stay!) Their hospitality, helpfulness and warmth made it feel like a true escape and I could not recommend it more.

Belle maison, belle piscine, au calme au cœur d’un domaine viticole, hôte accueillante et disponible. Logement bien situé par rapport aux sites de Toscane (Pisa, Lucca, Fiorenza, San Gimignano,…) Avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Our stay felt like something out of a movie. Janine has decorated the home with love and attention to detail. We loved the pool and decided to spend a day doing nothing but lazing by the pool eating home cooked food in the amazing kitchen. Memories were made here and we will 100%. Return for a longer stay as you will not beat the view from Janine’s villa anywhere in Tuscany.

Tolles Anwesen mit einem gigantischen Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig mit großen Schlafzimmern. In Manciano findet man alles was man braucht. Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Region, allerdings war dieses Haus schon weit ab vom Schuss. Das Haus selbst liegt aber direkt an der Straße zwischen Montemerano und Manciano und ist gut zu erreichen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es hätte für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Vorallem die Küchenutensilien und die Böden. Betten, Handtücher, Bettwäsche war aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. Nach Grosseto oder ans Meer Richtung Castiglione ist schon sehr weit zu fahren. Der direkte Weg Richtung Orbetello ist gut und die Strände da auch sehr schön. Ausflüge kann man viele machen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist Pitigliano.
