For a friendly, family-friendly and comfortable stay, discover "le P'tit Vert", renovated in our old attic, and open in early 2025. The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace on stilts which offers a beautiful view of the garden. Close to basic shops, the cottage is ideally located to discover the must-see sites and places of the department: Suisse-Normande 10 min away, Falaise and its Ducal castle 25 min away, the beaches of the Côte de Nacre 35 min away and Caen - regional capital - 25 min.

Private courtyard with shared parking in this courtyard, subject to conditions Check-in between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the latest - checkout at noon at the latest

At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Come and discover this small cottage with outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. All on a large secluded plot with a pond in the heart of Normandy Switzerland. The accommodation consists of a room with an equipped kitchenette and a sleeping area with a pull-out bed. A large covered jacuzzi to enjoy in all weather, an outdoor shower and a hidden sauna near the stream. A large terrace with fire pit/bbq overlooks the pond where you can take a boat ride. 45 minutes from the landing beaches.
