Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fonte Nuova

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Federica’s place was amazing. Directly across from the beach, shops and restaurants are literally a three minute walk away. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, had all modern amenities and everything was effortless. We checked in on an extremely hot day and were pleasantly surprised to find the place pre-cooled at 26 degrees. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. Overall, one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at globally, and we will definitely be back. For guests visiting from overseas, I would suggest Ostia as an alternative to staying in Rome. Finally a big thanks to Federica and her father for making our stay perfect.

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

Giacomo was a great host, always available and quick to respond. The location is perfect for those that want quiet and tranquility but easy access to the hustle and bustle of Rome City Center (by metro)…. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home

Lucia was lovely to deal with and the apartment was beautifully renovated and had an old world charm. Walkable to many restaurants and the colosseum. A great spot

I booked my room for a week and I enjoyed the privacy I received during my stay. I had an issue with getting a uber from the train station so Saverio came and picked me up which was a plus. Overall when I return to Italy 🇮🇹 I will rebook with them.

I had a great stay at Simone’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s located about 15 minutes from the Metro station, which made getting around fairly easy, even though it’s a bit outside the center of Rome. Simone was a fantastic host very responsive and helpful throughout my stay.

Christiana’s penthouse apartment is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views of the Coloseum and skyline are amazing, particularly the sunsets. Christiana is super communicative throughout. One of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. She kindly provided snacks, coffee and tea, a bottle of prosecco… I highly recommend Christiana’s penthouse.

We spent a few days at Lia's, and we had a great time. The location is ideal, because it is close to transport and quiet. All the necessary equipment is present, and the accommodation was very clean. Our host is very responsive and responds quickly to messages. We are pleased to recommend this accommodation for a stay in Rome. Thanks for your hospitality!

There are not enough words in the English language to describe these beautiful people,their apartment and Tivoli. Armando and Alessandro are two of the most caring people you will ever find.We did not expect what they did for us and we feel like we have made special friends for life!I proposed to my gf on the terrace 14/06/25 and they set up the most beautiful scene you will ever find.Armando exchanged so many messages in the months leading up to our stay,sent pics for me to approve and went above and beyond of what you would expect from an AirBNB host. The apartment was so clean,spotless and beautifully decorated and furnished. View from the terrace(x2) and master bedroom are out of this world.The waterfall can be heard also which is so peaceful.I would need another 10,000 words to truly describe these people and their place but limited to 1000.If you are going to Tivoli book here.There is no place on earth to match it.Thank you both we send our love and will 100% return some day ♥️

This was a very nice and clean apartment with good amenities and very comfortable. It is a bit out of central Rome so be prepared to transit when visiting the city but the buses are very accessible and easy to catch.

The accommodation is away from the hustle and bustle and can be reached by public transport, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Everything is well organized. Communication with the host was clear and very pleasant. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

The directions were VERY detailed and clear which I was very grateful for. Communication with the host was quick and easy as well. The apartment was very beautiful and just as described. I was just one person staying so very spacious :) The ceilings are quite low (which they do state) so it wouldn’t be very comfortable for ppl over 5’9. And just a heads up, if you plan on having heavy/large luggage the lift is small and you’ll still need to carry luggage up 1 flight of stairs. I loved the spaciousness, full kitchen, private rooftop, and walking distance to the sites. I had no complaints and do highly recommend. Would absolutely stay again :)

Daniela was very helpful with all our requests. Me, my wife and 2 of our friends stayed 4 days, we immediately felt right at home, Daniela welcomed us in person, fully meeting our expectations. There are family restaurants and a supermarket in the area. For transfers, we used the bus and metro without any problems. There is a dedicated parking space in the courtyard. Recommended.

I can’t express how much of a hidden gem this place is. I absolutely loved staying here and it’s so well thought out. It’s in such a great location. It’s a quiet neighborhood and i felt so safe. If i could stay longer, this would be the place. The hosts were so tentative and very welcoming. I also reserved a pickup to the airport and it made me feel so much better. The apartment rented by Naoki is really unique. The terrace alone deserves five stars.

Francesca picked us up from the train station and took us to the apartment which was pretty special. She helped us settle in and provided a great itinerary and ideas for our stay. The apartment was cosy and the deck was so amazing that we ate in two of the nights we were there. Definitely recommend her place. Great transport links very very close. Both metro and bus
