This was just what we needed. A beautiful getaway with everything you NEED. The hosts were helpful and accommodating. George introduced us to the property and amenities upon arrival and then asked our goals for the trip. We let him know we were looking for an uneventful, peaceful getaway. he pointed out some walking/ hiking spots on the property and then gave us space to enjoy our time. He was around if we needed anything but we felt very secluded (in a good way). We were also able to enjoy the wild donkeys on the property as well which was a nice bonus. We will definitely be visiting again.

Cabin was cozy and very comfortable to stay in. Rocky was great with a first day tour and even a trail recommendation. I'll tell you, it's hard to beat the views from every exit or standing point at the cabin. Westcliffe is exactly what you would expect from a mountain village, friendly and easy. Definitely recommend Peregrine Coffee in the village. Plenty of place to hike within an hour or less. Road, while unpaved, is easy to drive on, though I wouldn't recommend it with anything less than an SUV. If we make it back to Colorado, we would stay here again.

Erica was an amazing host. We have camped in the area before and saw this cabin for rent. It was perfect. So secluded and off grid but still has all of the necessities. We enjoyed being out and about all day and returning in the evening to cook a hot meal with a fire in the fireplace. Beds were SO COMFORTABLE! We can’t wait to visit again!

We love coming to Salida and staying downtown is a treat. The FIBArk festival complicated parking but I know that parking is fine on most other summer weekends, including holidays. I would not recommend this for anyone with issues carrying their luggage up stairs, unfortunately. The main room has great sound insulation, we moved the mattresses from the bedrooms to the main room when the FIBArk concerts went on all night, slept just fine after that. The kitchen and tub are super nice, thank you! Great stay :)

This home has the most exquisite view I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing! We had the thrill of experiencing blizzard-like conditions that whited out the mountains, as well as pristine weather where we could see for miles, all which could be seen through the beautiful large windows on 3 sides of the house. It was also very easy to drive to/from the home, even in the heavy winter conditions. The house was always a comfortable temperature and even during the storms, the Wi-Fi connection was fantastic. Monarch Mountain was excellent for skiing and Salida has some delightful shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed walks through the snow covered paths around the house, stunning views! Vivian was a good communicator and helped to make an issue we had right. This was truly one of our favorite Airbnbs we have stayed at.

This cozy house on the west side of Salida sits on the top of a hill in a little mountain neighborhood of Maysville, CO. There are some great hikes nearby, along with some great waterfall views. The neighborhoods and streets around the house are walkable and have some amazing views. The drive to downtown Salida is only ~10-15 minutes and is a great, walkable city with cute shops, restaurants and parks along the riverfront. Andrea's house seemed much larger than what the description states on the AirBnB site, so we had plenty of room, there are some great games that are provided and a great kitchen to cook in with tons of outdoor patio space to enjoy the views. I would definitely stay here again if I were to be in the area.

This place was the perfect spot for my crew. Went up to Salida to do a job all weekend and to be able to come back and relax in a nice spacious clean house with a hot tub. Had us ready for the next day. Definitely recommend this house I will be back. Thank you so much, Mark. See you soon.
