During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

The Alpenresidenz house is located in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location overlooking the impressive mountain panorama of the Bavarian Alps and is still only a few minutes' walk from the town center. The terraces of the two apartments on the garden level and the very large balcony of the attic apartment invite you to relax and unwind. The cozy apartments are lovingly furnished in the Bavarian-modern country house style. Our guests receive the Chiemgau Card free of charge!

Alpine hut for 2 people in the Chiemgau mountains, car access

Almhütte "Almbrünnerl" on the Raffner Alm – Ruhpolding The cozy alpine hut "Almbrünnerl" at 1000 m altitude, right on the edge of the forest in the middle of the hiking area of Unternberg, offers everything for a relaxing stay on 30 m². It has a kitchen, living room and bedroom with double bed (180x200), TV, Wi-Fi, a night storage oven and shower/toilet. You can enjoy the covered terrace with corner bench and large table. The cabin is accessible by car by car.

Romantic studio at the foot of the Untersberg

A romantic studio in a small village in the immediate vicinity of Salzburg. The city is a 25-minute bus ride away from the city. The bus runs through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Alpine Chalet w/ Garden, Firepit & Stunning Views

Experience the charm of rural Tyrol and unwind in this peaceful, detached cabin with a garden terrace and all the comforts you need for a cozy stay. Lovingly renovated in 2024 with wooden floors and ceilings, and custom-made Swiss pine (Zirbenholz) beds that offer both authentic character and a touch of luxury. Enjoy the view from the terrace until the last rays of sunshine, then light a fire, curl up on the sofa, and relax with a movie on Netflix.

Förchensee vacation home

The cosy holiday flat, only a few meters away from the Förchensee, belongs to the Seehaus am Förchensee near Ruhpolding, a well-known winter sports area in the Chiemgau Alps. It is therefore ideal for relaxing hiking or skiing holidays in the middle of a fantastic mountain scenery. The 90 m² apartment in traditional country house style consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet.

Chalet in the orchard at the Aicherhof

Our chalet in the orchard offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing and restful as well as eventful vacation. Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! We are Bernadette and Sebastian from Aicherhof and are looking forward to having you here with us and giving you a little insight into our diverse everyday life!

Mountain chalet: hunter's apartment with fireplace

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

Schneiderbauer Apartment

Our newly built holiday apartment is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, featuring a separate entrance and accommodating as many as 6 people.
