Nous avons passé une nuit dans l’appartement de Kevin, très cosy, très bonne literie, bien chauffé, conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Kevin est réactif, agréable et arrangeant, tout s’est bien passé !

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Bruxelles. Stéphane c’est montré disponible et à l’écoute pour nous permettre d’arriver dans les meilleurs conditions. L’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et le parking est juste devant l’entrée. Au niveau des commerces de proximité, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et le tramway est à moins de 10 min à pied. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Bel appartement bien rénové et bien équipé. Le lit est très confortable et l’emplacement tranquille. Il y a des épiceries et transport public à proximité du logement. Le propriétaire est très réactif et donnent des bons conseils pour découvrir Bruxelles.

Laure has created a truly welcoming space—it was a real pleasure to stay there. The location is excellent, making it a great base for exploring Brussels as well as the rest of Belgium.

Really beautiful and spacious apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. The only minor issue was that we would have preferred the bed to be a bit higher off the ground, but it was still very comfy and always had a good nights sleep. It's very easy to get into the city centre, and we enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bruxelles dans le logement de MC ! L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On sent qu’il est habité, vivant, ce que nous aimons particulièrement – tout en étant parfaitement prêt à accueillir des voyageurs : MC avait prévu des rangements pour nous dans les chambres et la cuisine, ce qui est très appréciable. Elle a également eu la gentillesse de nous partager une carte personnalisée avec ses adresses préférées, toutes testées et approuvées. Le quartier est charmant, bien situé, avec des parcs, des commerces, des restos sympas et la gare à proximité. Merci MC pour ton accueil !

Super studio dans un très beau quartier de Bruxelles , tout est neuf et très propre . Je n’ai pas eu de mal à me garer qui pourtant peut se révéler très difficile. Max est un bon communicant , très réactif. Je recommande et reviendrai lors d’un prochain déplacement.

We had a great time! The place was very clean and matched the photos. Check-in was smooth and simple and host was always responsive. The patio outside was a really nice bonus and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed. Just a short 2 minute walk from the tram station so it was very convenient to get to the city center. It is also a 10 minute tram ride to Gare du Midi so taking the train is also convenient. Neighborhood is safe with nearby cafes and supermarkets. Would definitely come here again!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Domnique, avons grandement apprécié de pouvoir garé notre voiture pour pouvoir librement visiter Bruxelles. Le jardin est magnifique à cette saison, et le quartier tranquille. Un bel oasis à découvrir ! Merci Dominique !

Other than a check-in miscommunication that was resolved within 2 hours, our stay at Sabine’s place was wonderful. It is a peaceful oasis in the Saint-Gilles neighborhood just south of Brussels center. The space itself is more roomy and beautiful than the photos describe. We loved evenings on the balcony and many visits from the truly adorable and lovable Chouchou the cat. There’s no AC (which we knew at booking), but the high-powered fans and many windows make it very comfortable even with temps in the 80s. It’s a perfect place for anyone wanting to explore a fun Brussels neighborhood away from the tourist center.

Laurie is very professional and proactive with all her messages. Her apartment is clean, spacious, and with all amenities. The flat is decorated with taste and comfort, leaving the guest feeling right out home. There were no issues or problems with anything, which is a really a great and welcoming feeling. Laurie is warm, caring, and puts the guest at easy right away. I am grateful, Laurie trusted me with her beautiful home. Thank you Laurie, I will book your flat again without hesitation. (P.S. very comfortable bed, cozy, couch, and excellent coffee machine made my mornings and evenings.)

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family’s long weekend in Brussels. Géraldine was a wonderful host and gave us lots of helpful information and recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. (Holy Bagels is a must-do!!) Would definitely recommend staying here while in Brussels!

C’était super, court mais un appartement très cosy et le jaccuzi est vraiment un élément en plus. De plus, notre hôte a été super chaleureuse (même la décoration) et très disponible

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

great cozy two bed room appartment with a great bathroom. run by a lovely couple that were kind, responsive and all round great hosts. it is a bit on the pricey side at the £150 a night, GBP sterling per night. the cleanign fee is resonable, at £35,- but guests should not be asked to remove the sheets and so forth, but i did so anyway for these fantastic hosts. also, the appartment is covieniently located and the appartment has everything you need. including an iron. the lights went off and there was no electricity my first night, but this was quickly resolved. i would highly recommend this place, I was so pleased with the hosts, that although I booked for 2 nights, i even booked a third night extra. Highly recommended

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

Amazing location in the heart of Brussels! The apartment was just as described, and the two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms were very convenient. Fernando was also very accommodating with many asks and overall a very pleasant stay.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
