The house is very cosy yet modern with an open plan ground floor with kitchen whilst the upstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed & a large walk in shower in the bathroom. At the back of the property there is access for bike storage.

A lovely apartment in the lower floor of a Victorian townhouse, within the friendly neighbourhood of Totterdown (of brightly coloured houses fame!) The location is excellent, being within easy walking distance of the city centre and harbour area, near a beautiful park and close to many bus routes and Temple Meads station. There are excellent cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs and shops close by. Although well positioned, the area is generally quiet.

Own access 15 mins walk from county hospital. , 5 mins walk from central Hereford. On steet parking ( will need to borrow a pass so please mention if your driving) So, small kitchen, small wet room , small bedsitting room and your own terrace.
