Our 'olive farmhouse' is located in an especially green, quiet, pleasant and residential area of the island. It is especially suitable for hosting a couple or family with children who want to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area without sacrificing proximity to the sea or downtown. The house, while being on a panoramic promontory on Mount Epomeo, is connected by a short path to the beach of San Montano (both equipped and free) and the famous thermal pools of the Negombo complex and is a five-minute drive to the beach of San Francesco and the centers of Lacco Ameno and Forio. It is a single house, with private fenced garden, equipped patio, outdoor shower and possibility of outdoor car-mobile parking. Inside it is divided into a large finely furnished and super bright living-night area, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin. Guests will have exclusive access to the house and garden and patio equipped with table and chairs, bench and sun loungers. Also, from the end of May until September, guests can enjoy the fruits of the garden at KM0( Pomodori, zucchini, eggplant, salad, lemons, jasmine, lox, figs, etc.) on the property. Rita, along with my children, live on the property adjacent to the 'olive farm' and will be always ready to welcome our guests and answer their questions and needs.
