The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

We've got several good hikes and interesting sites to recommend! 🙂 Our listing is perfect for two persons. We also welcome families with kids, but are not able to host larger groups. For groups of adults, maximum four persons. 2017: April 1st to June 20th is open for booking, the rest of the summer will be opened for bookings later. Wake up to the waves and enjoy the day at the seaside or at the sea. This property is in a beautiful location right on the seafront with its own pier in front of the cottage. Parking just behind the cottage. Well-equipped nest cabin with a shipsparket in the living room, loft room and 3 bedrooms make this a place for the whole family.

Preikestolen 10 minutes to parking. Read the reviews from previous guests. The view is stunning, and the place is shielded from traffic and noise. Sun until 10:20 PM on the longest days. Settle in for several days and go on great hikes and to mountain peaks from the front door. A five-minute walk away, you can swim in a river with fresh mountain water. Short distance to Jørpeland city center (10 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive) with all necessary stores available.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
