The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Es gibt Spazierwege durch romantische Wälder, an der Drau entlang, zum Faakersee (2km) und Silbersee (2 km). Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

The holiday house South Tyrol welcomes you in the middle of the lake, hiking and cycling area on Lake Wörthersee. The centre of Velden with the casino can be reached from the holiday house after 2.5 km. Nearby are three restaurants and a large beach at the lake with a playground. The lakeside resort is easily reachable on foot with a distance of 1 km. The house is situated directly on hiking and pilgrim routes such as the Wörthersee Rundwanderweg or the Marian pilgrimage route.

Eine wunderschön eingerichtetes intimes Paradies mit Fernblick im ersten Stock für einen romantischen Aufenthalt. Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.

Stelzenhaus in Schiefling am Wörthersee

Das auf Stelzen stehende Filzatelier bietet einen geräumigen Schlaf/Wohnraum Richtung Westen sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne. Highlight ist ein mit Holz zu befeuernder Zusatzherd . Das Einzelbett kann zu einem bequemen Doppelbett (160 cm) erweitert werden. Es gibt auch eine kleine Kochgelegenheit und einen Kühlschrank. Eine Spüle ist nicht vorhanden und der Abwasch kann im Badezimmer erledigt werden.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
