Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

Private, Friendly, Midtown Studio

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)
