Sharing a gate and driveway with our house, this large spacious house is very versatile & has great views over Lough Swilly. It is extremely well set up for all guests, but especially for families with young children/babies or bigger groups. Perfectly located for people attending events at Rathmullan House or Drumhalla House.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.

The Beach House

A 3 bedroom holiday home, walking distance to the beach and Rathmullan House Hotel. This house is a 6min walk from the renowned Kinnegar Beach and a fantastic kids playground. 10 min from Rathmullan village which boasts cosy pubs and good restaurants. The house has oil, solid fuel fire and electric emersion heating.
