Here you have a private entrance, extensive views of Trondheim, two spacious bedrooms with many sleeping places, large living room and great bathroom with sauna. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the table can be pulled out and give room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 min to Trondheim city center in 12 min. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

Sentral og romslig leilighet på "Solsiden" med flott beliggenhet. Luftig utsikt og meget gode solforhold. Gangavstand til bykjernen med alle restauranter, butikker og kulturtilbud. Lekeparker innen gangavstand. Leiligheten har sol fra morgen til kveld på 2 egne store balkonger som er godt møblert. 3 soverom med hhv. 1x150, 1x150 og 1x180 seng. Leiligheten er romslig for opptil 4 personer, men det er grei plass for 6. Vi tror du vil trives godt i leiligheten enten det er for jobb eller fritid.

Det følger med egen p-plass til leiligheten, med mulighet for elbil-lading (mot et lite tillegg, ta kontakt). Leiligheten har en ypperlig beliggenhet i 3. etasje og oppleves uten sjenerende innsyn eller støy. Welcome to an adventurous stay. This is the perfect stop before or after the atlanticroad, or if you're just passing by. We offer you a separate small newly renovated guesthouse with a kitchen and living room in one, separate bedroom and toilet. OUTDOOR SHOWER (please look at the pictures so you know what to expect). On our small farm, we have many animals; free-range chickens, ducks, rabbits, dogs, cats, horses and llamas. The location is rural, car is the preferred means of transport. Welcome

Randistua

Randistua har sentral beliggenhet. Det er gangavstand til Sodvinhall, butikksenter, sjø, vann og flotte turområder. Randistua ligger i hagen til utleier/ hovedbolig. Sodvin idrettshall og turstier er nabo, men skjult bak trærne. Gangavstand til fasiliteter som butikksenter, lege, tannlege, treningssenter osv. Området heter Skeiet og ligger mellom Rovatnet og Hemnefjorden. Det er et boligstrøk, med kirken på toppen. Vi har ikke stor parkeringsplass, men vil legge til rette for parkering av bil.

Cozy cabin - close to Røros

Bring your family to this cozy cottage, where you can relax and explore various activities nearby. Large and sunny! Here you can enjoy the silence, light the fire in the fire pit or light a larger fire at the gapahuk - both summer and winter. The cabin is well located for year-round trips to Hessdalen, Rugldalen, Røros, Tydalen/Riasten. In winter you can also put on your skis for a cross-country trip or "ski in and out" down to Ålen ski resort. The cabin is fully equipped for a nice weekend.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available in November 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.
