Idyllic house in the field only 15 min drive from Torget

Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka High standard. Amazing rural location but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

The Old Shop

Find peace and quiet at the old trading place Sannan in beautiful Hasselvika! Here you can experience a good sea fishing and great hiking opportunities in the woods and mountains right outside the door. Within 100m you will also find a shop, marina, beach, speedboat terminal and bus stop. On the other side of the road is the disused Hysnes Fort idyllically in the outlet of Trondheimsfjord. Here you can walk on built up hiking trails all the way to the top and get a phenomenal view! The sunsets out here are often absolutely magical!

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige stedet - helt nede ved fjorden. Nyt utsikten, slappe av, ta en fisketur, gå på tur, dra på sopp- eller bærtur, ta "hjemmekontor", gå på ski, eller spill golf. På sommeren er det lange lyse netter, og på vinteren kan du være så heldig at du ser nordlyset. Tilgang til sjøen. Kort vei inn til Trondheim sentrum (ca. 15-20 minutter med bil). Stor fordel med bil. Få bussavganger. Huset har 6 sengeplasser, men det er mulig å re opp til en person til.

Stay in a rich home with three floors in a nice garden town - right in the middle of Trondheim. The house has three bedrooms, sleeps six adults as well as a baby bed (0-2 years). The house has very good sun conditions with many outdoor areas and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Garage is available. Children are welcome to use the toys in the house. From the house it is 5 minutes to the bus and shop. You spend 20 minutes on a walk to the city center.
