Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Quiet & secure spacious 2 bd/rm

Very quiet neighborhood located within walking distance of restaurants. Remodeled in 2024 with all new furnishings (except the antique brass bed in the 2nd bedroom). The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments as well, plus a keurig machine and coffee pods. Unique that we have mango trees, guava trees, and a papaya tree plus a lemon tree. When in season, feel free to pick your fresh fruit! Mangos-August, Guavas-August, September, and March, Lemons December-February, and papaya in June.

Super responsive host! It was very clear on where to park and how to enter using the video provided prior to check-in. Instructions for check-out were simple as well which I appreciated! Clean and very welcoming condo with beautiful, comfy and clean furniture. Beds were very comfy as well! Highly recommend. The pool was lovely as well for kids to play in ❤️

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

Wow wow wow! This home was beautiful!! I’m not even sure where to start. The second we walked in I knew we made such a great choice. We spent a lot of our days relaxing in the backyard and swimming in the most beautiful pool! We also ate in a lot and it was so easy to cook whatever we needed because we had all the amenities to do so. Watching the sunrise from the desert and mountains behind the home was just magnificent! If we ever find ourselves back in Arizona, we will definitely be staying here!

Had a wonderful stay here. Area was beautiful and there were lots of places to walk to. Even better at night! Only downside is there are no cameras in the parking garage and we had some things stolen from our car the first night. Still had an amazing time and would definitely book again.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.
