Why not kick back & relax in this calm stylish chalet? The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Little Ardwyn is a newly completed self contained log cabin with beautiful views overlooking the river Fowey. While compact, it is well designed and modern, with open plan living, featuring superfast broadband, smart tv, king size bed, fold away table, kitchen, separate shower room and under floor heating. It has large patio doors which open onto a good sized private patio, with comfortable furniture, bbq and fire pit where the river views can be enjoyed. Off road parking is provided to guests.

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

Seashells is an end of terrace cottage, overlooking the harbour, and situated in the heart of the pretty village of Polruan. The cottage has been lovingly renovated by the present owners. It is ideally placed for exploring the area, as well as visiting nearby landmarks such as the Eden Project. The cottage is dog friendly and is equipped so that they too can enjoy their stay. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
