The house has been lovingly restored over the past year and has a sunny patio at your disposal. Here there is a short travel distance of 10 min to both Kristiansund and the municipal center. The spectacular Atlantic Road is only 30 minutes away. The local area has countless hiking opportunities for all levels.

Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. The cottage is a perfect starting point for summit hikes summer and winter in beautiful Rauma with its majestic mountains. Short way to beautiful Skorgedalen with ski lifts trails in the winter.

Se naturen på sitt flotteste så langt øyet rekker fra godstolen! Lite, men romslig hus/hytte med høy standard. Her bor du veldig sentralt i Isfjorden, med nærhet til både butikk og fjell, samtidig som du får følelsen av å bo i skogen eller på fjellet.
