Detached country house in meadows and forests in an absolutely secluded location. Hiking/bike trails start directly at the house. There is a great covered grill with a fireplace. The house on the outskirts invites you to a calm and relaxing holiday. Directly at the (100 m) house is the Ederseeradweg. The Waldecker Land offers many hiking and cycling trails. We are located between Eder, Diemel and Twistesee, they can be reached by car in 25 minutes. They invite you to sail, dive, water ski or just swim. There is also a lot to discover in the Kellerwald National Park. The towns of Willingen and Winterberg can be reached in about 35 minutes from here.

The quaint cottage Gabi is located above the Hennese lake & offers a beautiful view of the Sauerland countryside. It is fully made of wood inside & exudes cozy coziness in a quaint atmosphere. Courtesy as before 30 years! It offers a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms with TEMPUR mattresses, sheep couch in the living room & bedroom floor on about 51 m ², so that there is space for 5-6 guests. Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.
